When the music to your PAUSE MENU is this good, you know the rest of the soundtrack is going to be amazing too.
This game is over 10 years old and it's still a masterpiece
This brings back a lot of memories of my dad's house. He loved this series so much and he played some nights. I remember hearing the pause menu while I'm either in the living room beside him, playing Legos or drawing at the kitchen table.
Memories like this last a life time. I love remembering hearing the X-Files theme song when I was in bed as a kid, hearing my parents watching it in the living room.
Your dad must be a good man
Before I bought the soundtrack, I would listen to the music while playing this game. I enjoy the music as much as the game. Can't believe it's been 7 years. I know I've said it on your other videos, but there is nothing like the Dues Ex games. It makes you feel like you're entering the world and not just playing a game. Keep up the great work! It might also be cool to do the original game if that's possible. It had great music too. Thanks again for all of your videos.
If GOD would make an exception this would be heaven!
Same)
Human revolution will always be THE BEST GAME for me. There is nothing like it. Nothing will ever come close to this game. Nothing.
This game had some next level ambiance world building.
Crazy how a game decades old can create such a sense of immersion compared to some games today.
Back when we used to get a variety of great games and masterpiece like HR ☹️

Never did a video in Sarif's office yet, so I made this with the pause menu music.
I've listened to this track while studying in undergrad and now again in graduate school. I'm so glad people can appreciate this music.
I really hope the composers (Michael McCann for DX:HR) who create these pieces realize that even pause menu music has an impact on peoples lives.
Likewise, Im listening these pieces of music for studying also.
This came out at the perfect time as I was sitting down to finish editing my paper 👌🏻
This game focused on the wrong things, had bad design decisions and a flawed story.
But damn if it isn't trying so hard, so many pieces of the game are really really good and I will always look back on it fondly.
The presentation is masterful, the combat excellent, the stealth is solid and I love just walking around in the setting, reading newspapers and watching the news.
It could have been so much more.
welp my little video is irrelevant now. I'm glad this is here, though, visuals and a longer runtime are good additions! much love
Nah it's not irrelevant, keep it up. Looking at the comments on your video people appreciated the fact that you uploaded it so many years ago so it has purpose.
@@GamingAmbience aaaa I meant to reply earlier! thank you. it's important that this stuff is out there 'cause not everyone's gonna record the audio from the game and make it loop properly like I did for my own home listening :P
Not irrelevant, sure its shorter but if people want to download it they can and it wont take up much storage compared to a 1 hour piece
Sascha & McCann never dissapoints.
Hell yeah, thank you man, I love your work
I love listening to all of your Deus Ex mixes. Goes great with my current reading of Dune at the moment.
Thank you so much for this! It's strangely difficult to find this particular track. The pause menu theme! And when I did find it, it was just the short 1 minute track. I recorded this myself before but had worse results at the time.
Dreams of the future
What a great time for gaming, when this game out - the world had not gone crazy, life was good. I look back now, with sadness.
When pause menu music in better than many AAA movies OST.
Even the ambient music is amazing.
Very cool, thnx for your work!)
Sulman00 lol I think I saw your account already) Under another mix I talk wit the guy with this avatar too)) What is the name of your another page?
Wouldn't have thought of this one, but this is perfect for work. Thanks!
i love this game, i even eat a similar cereal adam eats while playing HR. needs a remaster ASAP
I kinda like the way the game still looks and plays honestly, it's so unique. I do hope they bring the series back to the US in the next game, nothing beats the dark gritty streets of Detroit or New York.
@@GamingAmbience Agreed, the familiarity makes it deeper too, hard to relate with Hong Kong or Utilek for that matter...
@@helladankseedco.2411 Not only Americans play this game y'know.
You eat Magic Gnomes? Suspiciously delicious!
Nah bro, remasters aren’t good. Original will always be the best. And I doubt they’ll make a remaster. The original still is graphically good looking. Other than that, usually things get added or removed in remakes of the games. That’s why original is always the best
thanks, very relaxing
Oh yeah, that's the good stuff.
thanks for the relaxing music of Deus Ex Human Revolution I enjoyed play this on my xbox 360 and the soundtrack in the game was absolutely incredible.
The moment you realize this track is called "dreams of the future", it's 13 years old (or yes, older if you're reading this years later), and so technically you're now in the future the song is speaking of...
Fantastic stuff.
This game had music that would have fit in perfectly with a lot of Sci-fi movies I used to watch back in the 80's, and especially the horror genre: Freddy Krueger and Friday the 13th.
Love all your vids, wished there was one when looking in front of the window of Sarifs office!
I'll see what I can do.
Hmm I am confused on what you mean by next to a grey pillar? What grey pillar?
@@GamingAmbience Well..... the window actually but I guess theres not much to look @ outside unless your standing on a box & then who knows!!
1 hour of David Sarif pondering the orb
Incredibile! Thank you!
ADAM!
That's a lot of balls this guy has hanging in the ceiling.
This game has the most detailed ceilings I've ever seen. A bit of a pointless detail but it doesnt go unnoticed.
Is this from the director's cut?
Yep. Was the non-DC's version different? I own it but haven't installed it in a long time.
Gaming Ambience I don't think it's different. I own the both versions although haven't played the original in years
