Red chilli - 150g
Green chilli - 150g
Garlic cloves - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1/2 piece
Salt as per your taste
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp (optional)
Oil - 1.5 cup
Star anise
Cinnamon
Bay leaves
Sichuan peppercorn - 1 tbsp
Onion - medium size half piece

Since the garlic is being fried in the oil, it won't go bad for 2 weeks when stored in the fridge. But if you want to make a long-lasting version, you can leave the garlic out. That way you can store it for quite a long time. Hope it helps. Thank you.
