I love seeing you weld. My mom was a welder for the Shipyard of Newport News. Love your videos and your team work! ♥

Funny how something so random circles back home. I grew up in Newport News and then Yorktown. Small world. My little brother started working out of college for Northrop Grumman out of the yard too.

Using cor-ten for your drip-edge is a great idea, it's corrosion resistance properties will help it last many years.
And your welding is Very consistent!👍👍

This is a step in the right direction, but you'll have to address humidity in the air over time as well.

I would recommend taking some foam cans and air seal that gap. Also, at some point in time, you are going to have to put SA membrane on the exterior side of the ICF for the final waterproofing.

Pro Tip: Knee pads cost less than $10.
Much cheaper than new pants, plus it's much easier on your knees.
And you won't have to get your knees wet in puddles.

Polyurethane Caulking would have been faster,, Sieka 2c + will take care of that problem for the next 10-13 years as wll as adding insulation factor and bug proofing.if painred and protected from the UV rays it can last 20 years no problem
