I have a 2019 Maxda cx5 with android auto. Do I need a usb just to update? Will these instructions work for that without a usb. Do you supply an update usb for cheap?
Here is our solution. This will come with everything you need to make the upgrade possible.

Does the 2015 Mazda 6 Touring non-bose system have any software updates, or are these type of updates just for the 2016/2017 and up stereos?
We had our listing set up so the vehicles we knew had at least 30.00.xxx software version was compatible with this upgrade. At that time, only the 2018+ Mazda 6 was capable. I believe that updates came out for the 2015-2017 Mazda 6's to bump them up, but you may have to get them through the dealership. If you can confirm that you have the same radio system, and if it's 30.00.xxx minimum, this upgrade should work.
I have a 2016 Mazda 6 in the UK. I have tried the steps to get to the dealer mode but it will not go into dealer mode for the update…any advice?
Hi, any chance can you share with upgrade files or how I can found this file
How important is the update? I have version 59 and wonder if that can work for now ? Or is it absolutely imperative to go get the newest version updated. I work a lot so that’ll be hassle but I understand either way
As long as it is above 30.xx.xxx you should be fine. 59 should have no issue.

So this work for the 2016 Mazda 6. Per Mazda's website, BUT not listed on your site
The software requirement for this upgrade is a minimum of 30.00.XXX or higher. As long as your current software level is at the minimum requirement, this will be a compatible upgrade.

hi, My Mazda C3 software version is 70.00 as 2020, byt there is no car play and android auto. How to updaye the same . Please help me out.
I believe the update for this product puts you at that version. You may need to do this through a Mazda dealership.
How can I get the upgrade downloaded. I purchased a used cx5 and the version is 59.00
You would need to swap the Hub and get the USB stick we offer to get that upfitted with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Here is our listing.

Hi, where I can found fine for software updates for mazda 6 uk
We unfortunately just have the North America version. You may have to check your local Mazda dealer.
Work for toyota yaris ia (r) USA version?
I have heard of the Yaris using the same system as the Mazda Connect, but we have not tried this upgrade on one. I do not know whether or not this could brick the Yaris radio.
@@Infotainment_nav No it doesn't brick the radio... after update it shows the Mazda logo instead of Toyota. Besides that all other functions works (maintenance reminder, carplay, android, nav and other car functions).
Czy z wersji 56...513 można bezpośrednio instalować 70... ?
Please ensure your existing Mazda Connect system has a software level of 30.00.XXX or higher. If it is lower then that this kit is not currently possible.

We actually have a complete plug and play package that we offer.

What is the point then, if it doesn't have different graphics or android auto? Just numbers basically
Sorry for the confusion. This is designed to add Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to vehicles that do not currently have access. This link might help clear this up a bit.

@@Infotainment_nav oh you meant to be upgraded to android auto, first it needs to be updated to the latest version?
You didn't clear DTC in the engineering screen? Is it nessasary?
It isn't entirely necessary, but we did end up clearing the DTC after this video. So I would do it anyway.
Do we have to remove the navigation sd card to update the firmware?
Says right in the video, remove SD card....
That is correct! The SD card needs to be removed to run the update.
mine appears “failed to validate package certificate” why?

Can I have the usb for my Mazda 3 14 plate
Unfortunately this kit is only designed for 2017 and 2018 Mazda 3's.
infotainment.com/shop/interior-accessories/infotainment-radio-upgrades/m-kit30/
I didn't this was a thing. I was decently upset when i found out by quiting i couldnt stay certified out side of the dealer 🤦🏽♀️
Ok great, but where do we get the software to update the vehicle?
If you are not at 30.00.xxx, then you will probably need to get a software update through the dealership. We include the USB drive update with the CarPlay upgrade, but the current software must be at least 30.00.xxx.
@@Infotainment_nav I believe my software was in the 50's I dont remember exactly but pretty sure it was 50 something. Are the prices accurate on your site? I think i saw close to 300$ for the kit, and if so is that a wireless kit or fully wired?
You only need empty usb right? And just insert it and do the instructions isnt it
Here is the listing for this upgrade. It should have installation details. If you are still having trouble give us a call at 855-636-6287.

Do you need the SD card?
That's for nav, and a diff update. Older versions only had an sd Tom Tom update. Which is fairly easy and u can do it through Mazda connect. They have software for it, free for a year.
I downloaded update from web on Google and i had and issue, it's done only 3% and stuck, now my screen is black and couldn't do nothing, i don't know what to do
You may need to reach out to Mazda. There is a procedure to restore a previous software version to un-brick the radio. It requires a combination of commands with the command center knob and wheels. I unfortunately don't have that specific procedure on hand though.
*u can get lucky if you're around the 50's... Sometimes they get stuck and can't be saved, in 2018 when I worked there... We had to replace a few, because of this.
@@raven_themechanic i bought a used inside temporary memory, i replaced it, and made a new trusted update, now it works good
Where did you download the latest version in USB

Thanks for your help,
I reached out to my local Mazda dealer here in Australia and they do it free for my car.
@@user-se7xn3ql6l What dealer was that mate? All of the ones round Melbourne seem to want 500 bucks for it.
@@user-se7xn3ql6lMay I please know which model of Mazda you have? Does Apple Carplay work after the update?
Nice Video but where can one download the software?
Here is our link to the full kit.

Can I install this update on my Mazda 2 2017 model infotainment system unit ?
