Elinize saglik.
ماشاءاللہ ❤️
Thank you very much for the recipe , i've already tried it twice and it wasn't so bad but yours seems better because I think that with the egg it will give a dough like brioche and will give a better taste and also the way you braid the dough and close it which is easier😊. THANK YOU❤
MashaAllah can’t wait to try these
I'Well try very delicious recipe thanks
You are wonderful. I enjoyed the way you present information and your good performance at work. I follow you from Saudi Arabi

Thank you so much 😊 Always welcome
Love it! Harika ❤
I make a similar bagel. It is New York style, but I boil my bagels in malt before baking. I might have to try simit. Looks easy enough.
Thank you for your time and effort.
In the description you wrote one egg, right?
Can I kneat with the machine?
Thank you in advance for your time and reply.
My best wishes.
I have tried it so many different ways from several recipes but they don’t come out that crunchy and soft within.
I bought one bag of 5 from a Turkish shop in England and put in air fryer for 5 min , they were the same as we ate in Istanbul . Cost me £5 that was almost 5 times expensive but ❤
Beautiful
They look just like the simit you buy from the streets of Istanbul 😍
Thank you 😊
Nice I want to try
LOVE Simit! Notice the flavor varies a little depending on what they use to stick the seeds to the dough - all very good! I need to work on making here but it is just me so will make for Ramadan to take to shared meals of Iftar etc. Thank you for sharing how to make this!!😊
Thats great, would be nice to share during ramadan. You can also freeze them and reheat as much as you want to eat. Best way is to thaw overnight for breakfast and heat in a nonstick pan with lid both side until crunchy again, yumm
Ramadan Mubarak. Can’t wait to visit Istanbul very soon InshaAllah ❤
Thank you 🙏
My favourite bagel recipe, i luv travelling Turkey for this reason you can get simit at every auto bus station/stop the kids come to you with them also bakers sell them , i make extra because they freeze well x

What can we use in place of molasses solution ?.Can we use jaggery and water solution ,as molasses is not easily available in our country but jaggery is easily available. We went to Turkeyaah when l was 06 years old,we stayed there for 03 years because of my fathers posting over there ,and l remember eating this street food off and on ,we liked it so much .Thank you Sis' for giving us its recipe. A lot of prayers from Raawalpindee, Northern Province of Punjaab, lslaamic Republic of Paakistaan, South Asia.

MASHALLAH excellent 👌👌😋💕🌺
These are so good
Perfect 👌 thank you for sharing sis and your background voice too good 😊 ❤
I am getting confused by your measuring. You have 250ml of warm water in the video but you say 200ml. What is your 1cup size? Is it 200ml or 250ml?
Thank you for the video. I hope I can see the ingredients in grams also in future for more professional results.
Да… хотелось бы узнать, что можно использовать вместо патоки?
Very good and thanks for the very clear recipe, may I ask you what to use instead of Molasses?
عاشت ايدچ❤ روووعه
Sou do Brasil. meu nome é Leia, acabei de fazer sua receita de smit. Adorei fazer. Vou por para assar . Grata pela receita amei
Hi Leila, hope you enjoyed. My pleasure
Amazing 👏
Looks awesome 👏
Nice pastries. I've never eaten before. I will try it first at our Turkish shop. When I watch you, I feel like you've done this more than once. 😊 Is it possible to freeze the dough? When I bake this there are 2 Simit: One for my wife and one for me. If I do them all we have "Simit weeks"
@@xXJokerAtWorkXx Thank you very much!
Is there an alternative for molasses ?? I really want to try the recipe
How is this different from the other recipe you posted?
What else can be used in place of molases?
I tried to make Simit from another recipe & it came out bad. It had 2 eggs, lukewarm milk or yogurt (I did yogurt), 100 grams butter & 1/2 cup of neutral oil, plus 10 grams of instant yeast. I'm scared to put egg & milk in it now.
UPDATE: I made these today & they came out GREAT!
Hi friend that looks Delicious very yummy thanks for sharing 👍👍👈👈🌸🌸😋
Didn't molases in my cantry what shal I do
I made sambali for my family during Christmas and they all loved it! My uncle took half of the cake home to share it with her daughters 🥳 My mom also fell in love with it and they all agreed we share strong roots with the Ottomans (in Naples there are traditional desserts having the same ingredients, like semolina in the sfogliatella or in the migliaccio and the sugar+lemon water for the babbà). I hope you're having a great start of the year! ❤️❤️
They turned out perfect and look so simple to make. I cant wait to try it :)
Have fun!
Hey! Ive just made them from your recipe but they went out quite white (maybe not the dough itself but i mean the seeds). I dont know what went wrong :( I followed everything you said, should i just bake them longer and not be afraid of burning it?
Sesame seed need to be roasted prior to
What kind of oven you used for this ? I dont think normal gaz oven can make this type of beautiful brown crispy crust.
Did you use electric oven with convection setting ?
I tried your recipe yesterday and it turn out so delicious 🤤
Maşallah, ellerine sağlık 💐
So good, I'm making them😊
Have fun!
Hi there. I have watched all your Simit recipes, there have been 3 that seem to be "traditional", and this new one requires milk and egg, unlike the other 2 from 1 year and 3 years ago, which were vegan. What are the differences? Would you mind clarifying?
Hello! I 'm sorry that I didn't reply earlier. Milk and egg gives a bit softer and richer dough similar to the simits we have in the patisseries rather than bakery style they sell on the streets. It is up to you whichever to prefer for a slight differences. Have you tried maybe?
Looks crispy and delicious 👍🏻😋❤️
Happy New Year. God bless. Good luck. Fantastic. The taste might be gorgeous . Nicer that i thought. Good to know
Wow! Look at that dough! I can't get my dough to rise like that I wonder what I'm doing wrong.
❤👏🏻👌
Came across a Turkish restaurant nearby. Enjoyed a Kashkaval and Turkish soujuk boat. I saw this, but wasn't sure what it contained. So ... researching next items to eat. 😂😂😂😂
😊yes it must be pide and I have that recipe too
Hello, thanks for the recipe !
Where's the egg? I can't see it in the description. Do we need it to make simits?
Kisses from Paris, France!
