    if idli sambar batter can be fermented in steel pots then why cant ambli be fermented in steel pot also.again,if nutetients are killed if hot sambar or other thing hot is added to ambli then also nuetrirnts are also killed ehen we steam fermented idli.

      What he is telling is: You need to take each of Siridhanya ambali two days each for people with multiple diseases or having no disease. The millets should be soaked for 10 hours with five times water, cook in low flame in open cooking for twenty minutes. You should use earthen pot or stainless steel but not aluminum or non-stick utensils. Using aluminum cook wear will percolate nano particles into digestive track causing cancer. After cooking, wrap a clean cotton cloth around the neck of the vessel and ferment for 10 hours. During fermentation nothing should be added like salt, curd milk etc. During fermentation process, each of the millet kanji will attract different gut friendly probiotic bacteria to develop. This should not be heated as the bacteria will die nor mixed with anything during fermentation process. You can mix it with any sabji,dal,rasam, sambar curd while consuming it. This ambali when eaten will introduce the gut friendly probiotics in to the digestive system to cure diseases. He also tells for any cancer from mouth to rectum brown top millet ambali gives sure relief if used for 6 weeks. Hope this clarifies, let me know
