The black one is shitty, use the yellow dat0 adapter. And I did not solder it because : The eMMC chip has undergone a heating process inside the factory with precise parameters and an ideal environment. Reheating the eMMC chip in a DIY method will alter the crystalized lead-free tin balls under it. And at some point, the ball will crack due to heat from the console or other factors like moisture, external force, etc. So I chose the less risky, less hassle method to install the DAT0 adapter, so the repair process will be less hassle when it fails. Можно сделать просто Jailbreak прошивки
Hi, my switch is a 1.0 patched, can I use the method to reset the chip in the same way?
it depends on the chip itself
When is the Picofly tutorial coming?
i dont support it until it has a proper form.
bang, mau tanya, apakah benar Hwfly generasi V6 untuk switch OLED katanya lebih hemat baterai dan lebih cepat boot nya ?
cepat sih relatif, begitu pula dengan hemat baterai. ga jelas juga kalo belum di coba
Can you provide us where can we buy the 256gb nand to do the upgrade please?
on the aliexpress : www.aliexpress.com/item/33002787553.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.5.3be618022JjSaI
Thank you very much. And is it possible to make a video for the switch lite
it is there, odysee.com/@sthetixofficial:9
hope you a guide in installing picofly in all switchmodels
plus software installation
No bro. Too dangerous to use as it is improper
4:13 missing one screw under the fan
Thank you
PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO HOW TO INSTALL PICOFLY OR PIKOFLY MODECHIP TO NINTENDO SWITCH 🙏
No sorry. It is still in a prehistoric form.
@sthetix, How often do you need to reseat the dat0 adapter?
Mine lasted a week.
I think i just soldered 2 points on the ancor but will do the third point like you showed to the capacitor.
Hopefully that will keep it in place longer
it could last forever. it depends on the material itself and the locking mechanism / installation method / moisture
@@sthetixofficial Thanks! good to hear that once i get the installation correct i wont have to open it up again!
Im waiting to watch your Video modchip picofly tutorials ❤❤
Pico is still improper, not recommended for use
What happened to Ground point? How is the chip working without Ground?
It does not , but FYI, the GND signal is included inside the Flex cable
I see people been bridging the resistors for the 3.3V connection. Is it normal?
I don't know about it
Now its time to Step By Step Tut RP2040 with soft. We waiting.
Still Improper, please be patient
gan hats pack exospshere nya g jalan
di cek pakai 90dns unblocked semua
udh ane fresh copy yg baru, apus yg lama fi sdcard msh sama😢
Ya karena gw gak pake metoda yg anda harapkan
when you installed the dat0 adapter you soldered the third pin on a capacitor, is that safe?
it is safe. it is an additional anchor.
Would you do a Picofly installation guide video in the future?
maybe if it get a proper form
I have a question.
1. 7:32 I watched the video several times, but the installation guide told me to scratch the two lines on the left, but your grounder seems to have scratched all three lines. Do I just scratch all three lines?
2. 23:30 What is the black tape on the back of the device? Can I ignore it?
Your content is always amazing. Thank you.
It does not matter because the perimeter of the scratch lines are gnd.
It is a double sided tape
Thx
Is it necessary or recommended to tin the fork of the dat0 adapter?
i didnt use it. but please try it and you will know the durability later.
why cut the lines in nand ?
that is not the nand
Where can i buy one of these? And can it be installed on a pre OLED console (launch or lite models)
the kit? you can buy it on aliexpress. you can install it on Lite, V2 and OLED
@@sthetixofficial awesome. Normally I'd ask for a link but with the dicey situation surrounding these modchips I'd rather just hunt for it myself. Thanks for confirming that btw.
Bang jasa pasang cfw Nintendo switch berapa?
Beda2. Wa aja gan
@@sthetixofficial ok bang nanti sy wa udah dapet no wa di grup td
What was the issue with the flex cable versus running individual wires?
it wont boot OFW or sysmmc CFW if the emmc brand is hynix.
Is there any chance that you will also do picofly mod for oled switch?
Not for now.. Pico is dangerous and improper
clean and elegant work.
video is clear and highly informative.
thanks
where can i buy dato adator..ill buy modchip dont have the dato adptor
its on aliexpress
Hello, Sir good day. Picofly is out . would you make a video about it? thank you so much for the effort sir. I only trust your videos ahahaha
No. It is still in a prehistoric form and a friend of mine said it is hot. I guess it is not safe for the console
@@sthetixofficial ok copy sir :). I hope there would be a revision of the pico and someday a stepbystep guide . Thank you so much for the reply 😊
complicated stuff
I have a Hwfly v5 chip. Do I need to solder ground pad? Also, the instruction mentions solder 3.3v to both capacitors. Is that necessary or just one like your video just fine? Thanks
no need bro. you can just follow the same was as in the video
@@sthetixofficial Thanks. It turns out both 3.3v capacitors needs to be soldered for the v5. When only one is soldered, the chip has solid white LED and boots directly to stock firmware. The ground can probably do without but I did it anyways.
Awesome tip using four anchors friction data0. Also, solder wire directly to the chip like what you did is much more reliable than included flex cable.
Looking forward to more contents!
no bro. when you look ad the motherboard track, the 3.3V is already tied together. You dont need to solder both caps together.
Hi bro, been following your guides since the 3ds days. I just want to ask. I accidentally updated my OFW again online(I just press A without reading) but I notice that on both updates, my chip would always have a blue and pink light and it will boot straight to OFW. What could be the problem here? OLED user btw
You need to reset the chip
@@sthetixofficial Ahhh I see. And to reset the chip, I just have to short the 2 pins right?
Yes
Cool! thanks bro!
I have the same problem. I tries shorting the 2 pins but it won't retrain. Any advice?
Great video…used your guide to install on my oled. Everything works except after install, i’ve lost touch capability of the screen. The scree itself works, nice colors but it doesn’t respond to touch.
check the LCD socket or near that, maybe something shorted / damaged etc
Thanks for the tip..,my ribbon cable seems little scratched…that’s it, and display is ok…just touch is gone. Is it possible to replace just the ribbon cable for oled or just with entire screen?
not possible.. try to fix the broken track
may i have some information about magnetic reed switch?
sorry. in vedio gps-11a ty
