I had a milk sensitivity where I couldn't drink milk fat. 2% milk was fine but whole milk wasn't. So I gradually started drinking 2%milk until my body got used to it. Now my body can digest milk no problem. Next I will try half and half. The biggest problem is that the less milk you drink, the more lactose intolerant you will be so if your body is rejecting milk now and you stop drinking milk entirely, your problem will become worse

There are only 2 qualities in milk A1 and A2. A1 is very very very unhealthy option produced from western animals or cows and A2 is best healthy milk produced in Indian desi cows ( not the jersey ones ). Avoid A1. There are only 2 qualities in milk A1 and A2.
A1 is very very very unhealthy option produced from western animals or cows and A2 is best healthy milk produced in Indian desi cows ( not the jersey ones ). Avoid A1.
Packaged milk is mostly A1 some mentions it check for it.

I think taking milk out of the fridge in the morning and letting it be at room temp all day is the best & easiest course of action
