I am in Repulic of South Africa , i stopped at Livingston Cheese store and asked if they had Goat cheese. They said only cow cheese.. The owner informed me the Cows are Jersey cows and after researching these are A2 cows. I should have loaded up.
That brand "A2" also has a green carton for their grass-fed version. Also, it's all ultra-pasteurized and that means the fat globules are rendered so tiny by the high heat (which causes the milk to be homogenized along with pasteurized) that they can easily slip through the gut lining and cause inflammation regardless of the fact that it's A2 protein.

Or, if there's some kind of GUM or other ingredient for mouth feel in the A2 half and half that could be it, too. The protein itself isn't the issue,; A2 is easier to digest than A1, but there are other factors to look at.

Igf-1? Sign me up for extra of that. It's best hormone for fat loss and muscle building. Ive used igf-1 lr3 and I lost a tremendous amount of fat while gaining muscle fullness with no diet changes. If cows milk was that full of igf-1, anyone who drank it would be shredded and jacked. So there's definitely more going on there preventing that or the igf-1 is just not orally usable by the body.
