- Today I've got a beginner level skipping routine that incorporates a whole variety of footwork patterns. Every 30 seconds we will change up the style of skipping and simply do your best to follow along and take zero breaks.
Tomorrow I'll have a skipping routine that will be slightly more difficult on the cardio.

How'd you guys fair with this 10 minute routine?
Hopefully it wasn't too hard as it was my "warmup" skipping routine.

What's your take on people saying skipping is junk training because you could use your time spent on closer simulations of combat like shadow boxing and Dutch drills?
