In this session I’m showing you few simple ways you can practice and develop your skills on the jump rope. There’s heaps of advanced moves, but here’s a couple of simpler ideas to get you on your way. Jump rope is AWESOME to help develop your balance, timing, and body co-ordination!

Criss cross is easy I was able to do it on day one of rope skipping
My kids loved it we spend an invite them learning it

Hello from Greece! Thank you so much for uploading this video. 😊😊😊I am an undergraduate student at primary education and I have to teach P. E. to the 3d grade.! I will use the last one exercise which is the most challenging, I think it well helps the kids to coordinate their legs and synchronized their body.!!!
