Grits are awesome. For breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Being from the South grits are a staple. Shrimp & grits is another great dish. Love the salmon as well.

I dice my peppers up small and the onions. I have heard of the mashed potatoes instead of flour and cornmeal. I also pick out the dark black skin out of the salmon in the cans. Those look delicious 😋👍💯

I mix instant potato flakes in my patties, some people use crackers, etc, I roll mine in cornmeal before frying; we eat for breakfast, supper, in a bun as a burger…. Those grits look great sir, u are a heck of a cook
