You boys are falling in love with the fade it's a great shot easy to control but whitakers gotta get you going both ways makes life a lot easier when you can play to any fairway and any hole location.

we normally get buggies when filming to save time although I do prefer to walk
my favorite clubs of all time were the 08 victory red TW pro blades with the half chrome look and half satin/dull south the line through the middle. loved those clubs

Being that I play Mizuno MP 63’s I’m partial to Pete’s irons and wedges, and I love the Titleist 5 wood as well. Clearly Pete wins the bag. But I like Ricks driver better.

Loving the Mizuno's... but I might be biased. I have MP 33's...
they are a great iron for sure
I have mp 14’s.
Pete is only struggling due to the swing changes, in my opinion. He looks uncomfortable. Almost like he is stuck in between his old swing and new swing. It can take a Pro an entire year to adjust in some cases. Just my two cents.
I was struggling to control ball flight that day for sure, differences take some time to bed in for sure
Was the length of the irons an issue? Being slightly longer than normal etc?
I just realized that your struggles with the irons are completely understandable: haven't you been playing one length irons recently?
yes, but tbh i think I'd have struggled with anything that day, I just wasn't at the races
Pete, it's a few years on now, but do you and Rick know people who can get you on here? This course, and Centurion especially, are very private clubs.

You should have switched sets for the back nine. It would have been quite interesting.

They just discussed the fertilizer treatment markers, ... and Peter licks his ball on the next tee.... he now has a solid excuse! He needs only claim he did the same thing on the last hole front nine for the splash, the turf brew had him off his equilibrium.

my hand was giving me a little jip, nothing to worry about just protecting it slightly

1) you are used to one length vs mizunos
2) you are used to toe up vs toe hang
3) get some mizuno wedges

Yes your right. Same here in the states. When we watch these videos, of course we think "that's an easy putt, even I can sink that". But alas this is not true! Thanks for the great work Peter. That driver did not work for you this year.

No, just the normal struggles that can come with making changes. You can see that it seems to be paying off for Rick and I would venture to guess it will pay off for Pete as well.
I think 2nd hand club challenge must be hard for Pete as has been playing single length clubs for some time

I would hate to play behind you guys. You guys play like your on the PGA tours and take like 10 men's for every shot lol
At least you wouldn't be behind them for long, you see them letting people through in quite a few videos, but also they seem to be on the course with nobody else. Quite special to get the course to yourselves.
You'd be let through, so you could get round faster, and watch the vlog we've just filmed at home :)
I guess im trolling but dude! Ur pre shot shoulder roll is annoying! Its not helping you. Ur sky balling drivers for heavens sake. Ur chipping is impressive by the way...maybe ur pre shot wedge game should work itself into ur long game. You have hit a zillion golf balls so trust it more. Instinct. Get agressive. Step up to the ball and hit it like a good player.
He also just made a pretty significant change (or a few actually) to his full swing, so it might take a little time and repetition to be able to trust the instinct again.
