If the doors are closed and no leakage of air is there, except under the door space, 30-60 mins you wont feel that much, after that you will start feeling cold but not like the wet cold which we generally feel in concrete buildings. It's just been 4 days, The experience is awesome, no dryness, no oxygen loss and silence.
I am in Chandigarh and here the temperature is 6-18 degree celcius, even with this heater u cannot stay without 2-3 layers of clothing, but it makes it a lot more comfortable without having it, so totally worth it.
Note: It can take 3 hours in a wet cold room to give you the best experience. I have noticed sometimes micathermic plates work slowly when the temperature is very low in the concrete rooms.

5 days back I bought this 1500 W havells pacifio micathermic heater and everything stands true as per the review.
A few minor notes from my point of view.
1- Review is from Chandigarh's point of view so 6-18 degree Celcius is the temperature.
2- I live in a 12*12*12 feet room made of concrete.
3- It takes around 3 hours to make you comfortable in a wet cold environment.
4- As there is no insulation in concrete houses, one has to maintain at least 2 layers of clothing and the 3rd one just to be safe.
5- You can definitely notice the difference once you go to other rooms with no heater.
Totally worth buying it.
I keep this on for 10 hours a day on an average. 4.5 Rs per unit is the charge in Chandigarh, so I expect a max of 4.5*1.5(KW)*10(hours)*30 (days)= 2025 Rs per month from this heater(not your house electricity bill), but it will be less than that for sure, as it has auto cut off, so it's not always heating ;)
