For yall asking these are very much possible with a Wii Wheel. I remember doing these when I was 11 and I didn't get a Classic Controller until the year after I got the game.

You can't with just the wiimote. They are always enabled until a classic controller is plugged into the remote. You need a classic controller or gamecube controller to completely disable motion controls. Nunchuk+Wiimote still requires to shake the wiimote to trick and do wheelies
