I hadn't realised I had a small puncture in my FEP sheet until the next morning after a failed print. I went downstairs and did the exposure setting trick to create a film over the whole base which sets any cured resin that you can then peel off in one go. So I've done that and then lifted my bat to empty it and I noticed a drip fall on to my screen out of the corner of my eye - so yeah, not only did I cure a thin layer to my FEP sheet, but also to my screen where it had flowed overnight... Fml

I got stuck in a rut a while back where my fep manufacturer was out of stock for 4 days. I used transparent packing tape and made my own sheet.
Went through several prints before my fep arrived and it worked out great.

I did this with packing tape on a fep film, it had no problems printing even after 6 or 7 prints. it could've lasted longer if i made sure i wasn't printing objects over the hole.

I used hot glue since I couldn't find any clear tape. It works well.

is it working in longer time?, does it not make spot pressure on the display???

No it’s not thick enough to cause damage
