Govt is issuing funds to develop cities and the state governments are misusing the funds that are allocated for developing the cities and villages. still, we are living in such unhygienic places, with no proper roads, drainages, traffic signals, lines.. no parks, etc.. its been 75 years since independence we are not having properly planned cities yet. Central govt should bring a strict policy and make sure that each and every fund allocated for cities should be used for the development
Most of the state governments that are misusing the funds are from the same party that runs the central government, the CMs being appointed with the full support and approval of the PM and Union Home Minister.
Buddy, this is not an overnight process. Probably in 5 yrs for newer cities, 10 yrs for older cities and 15 yrs for ancient cities may be needed to change them completely.
I thought I'd be able to watch an interesting nuanced discussion on economics and policy. After 15 mins of hearing the words "top down", "Cartesian", "Euclidean" enough times to kill a man playing a drinking game and the other side interrupting unprovoked and trying to ask leading questions; I gave up. What poor display of politics and journalism on a platform where the audience would be smart enough to cut through your marketing and drama.
I think Sanjeev Sanyal is out of his depth in matters architectural and town planning. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder about the West. It's been 75 years since independence and yet 15 % of the population has no access to toilets, only 50% have access to clean drinking water 60 % of the population in Mumbai live in slums. Please get real and address real problems instead of railing against people who have solved or are actively solving most of their problems.
Sir please stop interrupting the guest.
Let him answer the question and finish his thoughts. Vande Maataram 🙏🙏🙏
For God sake, let your guest finish his sentence. We know you’re a learnt man and did your homework but let him make his point. Goshhhhhh.
Exactly my thinking and words too..he didn't allow him to make complete point.😯
The guest is super cool despite interruptions
For god sake plz listen to him too many interruptions
Let the guest speak please. Otherwise great topic of conversation.
Why is the anchor just trying to jump onto quick conclusion

Excellant Info...with so much of work done still every elections is fought as if there is no nexf time for BJP.
Absolutely love Sanjiv Sanyal. Man is a diamond
Anchor pls learn minimum ethics of allowing guests to complete his point, unacceptable behaviour...
dude y do u interrupt him so much
The interviewer is really bad. Keeps interrupting and taking things off on a tangent.
Did you invite Sanjeeve to explain or invite him to listen to you? Please allow Sanjeeve to explain rather interfering.
The man tries to second guess and is trying to show off his knowledge instead of allowing Mr Sanyal speak !
Question: In this city funded “smart cities” what cities are private funded with private contractors like WEF based agendas?
First time i didn't like Sanjeevs talks not bcz Sanjeev but bcz of the interruption frm the host,y is he not allowing Sanjeev to complete his views..
The host interrupting is so irritating!
Please let your guests speak🙏
Anchor need to be a good listener
The interviewer is number ONE irritating aspect in the world. Beought a good guest and spoiled the show.
Have never seen a worse interviewer - the number of interruptions are so painful to hear - and so many key points could not be completed…

Mr rajawat let him talk you role here to ask not to act in Mr Sanyal's role. I'm leaving this video halfway for Mr Rajawat's disgusting interruptions.
You like the sound of your own voice no? LET THE DAMN GUEST SPEAK!!
The interviewer is a poor listener.
