I was so frustrated a few minutes ago not being able to open the darn thing, then I'm thinking "I bet someone has posted about this", so I look on youtube, find this video and my name is Kim! I was like "huh" and now I'm laughing! Thanks for making this. I FINALLY know how to open this thing and you busted me at the same time! haha. Merry Christmas!

I tried and it wasn't working so I called the store where they taught me a little trick! The girl said to tighten it as much as possible and then while holding that cylindrical part just turn the spout part in the other direction! I was so amazed when it popped out!! Thanks!
Thank you! I couldn’t hold the disk steady but grabbed my kitchen shears that have an added teeth metal thing that is inbetween the finger holes. Used that to place around the disk while I turned the pump and it sprung open!
I knew someone would post a video on this. And thank goodness. Despite my being a proud, man's man who "always figures things out," I couldn't help my wife when she brought the pump to me. Even after seeing how "easy" this is on your video, I had to use a pliers to hold the disk - it was that tight. TERRIBLE, terrible design. Thank you!
Why don't they put a short sentence explaining this on the bottle? I forget this every time I open new bottle and have to refer to your video. Thank you!
I can magically chase “monsters” away, kiss boo-boos to make the kids feel better, cook for my little army, vacuum under my couch while literally lifting one side up, but for the life of me, I could not open this hand soap! The fact that my 43 year old self had to google “how to open BBW hand soap.” 🤦🏻♀️

Whoever designed these bottle caps is plainly evil. Even with your instructions I cannot grip the damn ring hard enough to get the thing to open.
S U use rubber gloves or put a rubber band around it and it should grip and twist it really well
