- Tighten the White Ring, Then Slowly Turn Anti/Counter Clockwise , Gently Pressing down and releasing as you go.
If that doesn't work: Take the pump out of the bottle, rinse off the shaft and dry it. Then tightly grip the shaft just under the collar of the pump and firmly twist to the right (use a cloth if necessary). That will pop the pump open, put the pump back in the bottle and you're ready to use your new product
Turn Dispenser nozzle anti-clockwise while gripping the Cap and Bottle. Bizarrely the manufacturers never to seem to give any instructions and yet many people find it difficult to do! Anyway a video is worth a thousand words so just watch.

Very helpful. When I was rotating it anticlockwise the whole thing came out. After watching your video, I held the knob in its place and then turned it. Voila! Poped up. Thanks for the video.

Curiously I've just struggled with yet another type of Soap Dispenser .. This is a dispenser where it unlocks/releases but doesn't spring up .. so I took me a while to realise I'd already successfully opened it.

I should show this to my nephew. He went to the bathroom and he kept saying ayyy ayyy ayyy. I could hear him all the way to the living room. I empathize with all the other commenters. The other video I watched only said to spin the top, but NOT to grab the base of it, which of course made all the difference. I was doing it the right way, but I needed to check and make sure because it wasn't working for me. you have to tighten the lower and upper ring especially or it just spins with the top part.

son=me of then have a thread on the shank so keep turning anti clockwise and it will eventually prop out, good idea because if you want to pack it you can reseal it.
