      Depends on the burger for me, like if I make a burger at home, easily two slices. But whenever I used to get a doublecheeseburger at McDonald's, I found myself enjoying the McDouble more specifically because it has less cheese. I'm sure quality of ingredients and size of the patty affects it a lot.
      For his burger, I'd slap a second one on there for sure

    I finally realized why we had burgers and salad every other night growing up. My mom was from Denver and they have smart burgers everywhere.
    I don’t eat meat as much these days but I just had to have a bacon eggs cheese burger today. I got the bacon from Whole Foods the kind that looks like steak bacon.
    Anyways a really good and easy burger is what my dad use to make and English burger. Just chop up a bunch or onions and parsley and mix it in. Good stuff lots of flavor that way.

      @og-big-shepherd4468 2 года назад +8

      Same thing i said. I dont understand people who only put salt and pepper on their meat🙄
      Shit i mix in an egg, garlic, onion powder, steak steasoning, worslcestershire, etc... i mean his burger still probably tastes okay but not as flavorful as mine!

    • @OUrNit03
      @OUrNit03 2 года назад +7

      @@og-big-shepherd4468 right!!! That flavor from the meat makes the burger. All that extra only covers up an unseasoned patty IMO. A simple cheese burger with toasted buns will be the best burger around if the meat is seasoned properly.

    This might be a stupid question but why do you put the beef back in the fridge to keep it cold? I always thought it cooked better if you leave it out and let it warm up before putting it on the pan.

  • @donny0742
    @donny0742 2 года назад +12

    Cooking hamburger meat cold straight out of the fridge makes the meat dry and tuff. Try it at room temperature. Big difference.

      if you have quality beef you don't over season it because it already has flavor..... so maybe hop off the 70/30 cheap meat and keep the veiled racism to yourself.
