    Shop Now: www.hexclad.com
What Makes HexClad the Absolute Best Cookware You Can Have in Your Kitchen?
HexClad's patented cookware design technology is unmatched in today's world of cooking. Simply put, it is the best cookware you can buy. So how does it work?
A well-seasoned HexClad pan will provide the cooking experience of stainless steel, non-stick and cast iron in a single pan.
Using a proprietary laser etching process, we create our patented HexClad hexagon design on the cookware. This unique design creates a series of peaks and valleys.
    - The peaks are your stainless steel, which will give you that great golden-brown sear and also protect the pan against peeling and flaking.
    - In the valleys is the nonstick surface, which provides your pan with easy cleanup and the ability to cook with less butter, grease or oil.
    - HexClad utilizes a tri-ply, clad style pan. We start with a layer of magnetic stainless steel. This way it not only works on gas and electric stoves but also on newer magnetic induction cooktops.
    - Next, we have a middle layer of aluminum, which acts as the heating element, providing the pan with nice, even heating. We then sandwich this aluminum layer between one more layer of steel.
In addition, HexClad is metal utensil safe, oven safe up to 500 degrees and dishwasher safe.

I had a hard time paying attention to the recipe when all I could think about was the fact that some of my hex clad pans are losing their coating...it just peeled off in some spots. It makes me nervous that whatever materials in the coating may be consumed in our food. The company has not returned my inquiries. Be cautious.

I purchased the Hexclad griddle pan for $140.00. The pan arrived, and I noticed that there is a hump in the middle, so when you pour oil in it flows to the sides. After some research, I discovered that Hexclad manufacturers it that way with a non flat bottom. I tried contacting the company many times, only to find out that they are very good at ignoring customers. You would be wise to avoid this company.

Don't buy expensive pans with non-stick coating, they just don't last. A pan like this also just won't have the same non-stick performance as a true non-stick pan.

Gorodon (speaks): You only flip burgers once, have the confidence, and use the pan to do the work
Gorodon (does): uses fingers and spatula to flip burger and onions
I though you would use the actual pan to flip the burger lol

I thought this was a Gordon Ramsay video at first😂
Heard the pans are shit tho mate. Even Gordon Ramsay couldn’t convince me to waste my money on this garbage.
I have a really nice non stick pan that cost 1/4 the price.
Been using it for over a year now and it’s still just as nice as the first time I used it.
