The email with this link came in on the same afternoon I had to cook up some fresh burger patties in the fridge. It didn't disappoint. Super burger. I prefer less drippy grease, though, so I will probably press them out flat moving FWD. Super tasty. I would never have thought to add so much salt and pepper, but it was wonderful.
But even a fresh tomato is 95% water. As soon as you bite you'll make the bun soggy. I get the mayo-thing. I just put some extra mayo on the tomato sometimes@@CriticalThinker02
Nothing is worse than eating a burger that’s falling apart in your hands. You can’t put tomato on the bottom bun the hamburger will literally fall apart. Always put the lettuce on the bottom bun. It protects the bun. You can even put another layer of lettuce on the top bun after the mustard.

Picked up these pans about a year ago at Costco on a road show. Great pans easy to cook and you get to use metal utensils. There service department is also top notch.

I purchased the Hexclad griddle pan for $140.00. The pan arrived, and I noticed that there is a hump in the middle, so when you pour oil in it flows to the sides. After some research, I discovered that Hexclad manufacturers it that way with a non flat bottom. I tried contacting the company many times, only to find out that they are very good at ignoring customers. You would be wise to avoid this company.

No where on hexad website says it has Teflon. It says it non sticks. I’m seeing other people cook with the cookware on RUclips and they’re doing it without oil and it’s claiming that food is sticking, so is this hexclad supposed to be Teflon like cause I found a set on their website that has the knives and cookware lids comes with plates apron for nearly $3000

First sous vide at 131ºF, then you can sear it as hot as you want for as short as you want, and you know it's done, so you can cook and season to taste. Actually, I prefer to "flame broil" it with a weed torch after sous vide. Don't forget to pour the jus back on it as you present it in the bun. As for the pans, I have them, and they're great.

@@spinnyspanners9734 Well, happy scrubbing on that cookware. You can literally rinse these pans off, and then lightly soap them and rinse and dry. The surface of this cookware has very tiny pores and when you cook with it, that seasons it and it becomes almost completely non-stick.

I had a hard time paying attention to the recipe when all I could think about was the fact that some of my hex clad pans are losing their coating...it just peeled off in some spots. It makes me nervous that whatever materials in the coating may be consumed in our food. The company has not returned my inquiries. Be cautious.

I tried HexClad based on Mr. Ramsay's endorsement. I find that it's not worth the price. Also, they do not honor their warranty. The skillet scratched on the first use just by my using a spoon. Also, the lids leak from the top. Overall, they're just okay. I would not buy again or recommend them.
I thought this was a Gordon Ramsay video at first😂 Heard the pans are shit tho mate. Even Gordon Ramsay couldn’t convince me to waste my money on this garbage. I have a really nice non stick pan that cost 1/4 the price. Been using it for over a year now and it’s still just as nice as the first time I used it.
Don't buy expensive pans with non-stick coating, they just don't last. A pan like this also just won't have the same non-stick performance as a true non-stick pan.
Gorgeous overall, but way too much pepper. Also, I put 1 slice of cheese on the burger (folding in the corners so they don't just melt into the pan), and the other, 2nd slice of cheese, on the toasted bun. That 2nd slice melts great, from the heat of both the toasted bun and the hamburger patty. I find if all the cheese is on one surface, it tends to both run off and impede other condiments, especially the organic green leaf lettuce I like to have. For this reason, I advocate one above the burger patty and one below it. For me, no onions (or tomatoes), but instead, some classic yellow mustard (organic if possible), and the aforementioned lettuce.

Lettuce should always go on the bottom bun first and another layer on top, this protects the bun from becoming soggy. And the placement of pickles and tomatoes depends on the chef and how they want the flavors to hit your pallet first. Both are acceptable.

Toppings, obviously go on the top of the patty, which is why they're called toppings. It's really not that hard to understand if you can just stop being ignorant for 5 seconds.

I tried HexClad based on Mr. Ramsay's endorsement. I find that it's not worth the price. Also, they do not honor their warranty. The skillet scratched on the first use just by my using a spoon. Also, the lids leak from the top. Overall, they're just okay. I would not buy again or recommend them.

I have a really nice non stick pan that cost 1/4 the price.
Been using it for over a year now and it’s still just as nice as the first time I used it.
He’s trolling us Americans and I’m laughing because it took me a minute to realize. I was just getting hungry af. 😅
Don't buy expensive pans with non-stick coating, they just don't last. A pan like this also just won't have the same non-stick performance as a true non-stick pan.
What exactly is it you think you know about this pan's construction? Mine have lasted years.

Gorgeous overall, but way too much pepper. Also, I put 1 slice of cheese on the burger (folding in the corners so they don't just melt into the pan), and the other, 2nd slice of cheese, on the toasted bun. That 2nd slice melts great, from the heat of both the toasted bun and the hamburger patty. I find if all the cheese is on one surface, it tends to both run off and impede other condiments, especially the organic green leaf lettuce I like to have. For this reason, I advocate one above the burger patty and one below it. For me, no onions (or tomatoes), but instead, some classic yellow mustard (organic if possible), and the aforementioned lettuce.
What kind of salt is Gordon using?
I’m pretty sure he uses this French salt. That’s like 15 bucks for a jar at WilliamsSonoma.

Lettuce should always go on the bottom bun first and another layer on top, this protects the bun from becoming soggy. And the placement of pickles and tomatoes depends on the chef and how they want the flavors to hit your pallet first. Both are acceptable.

Toppings, obviously go on the top of the patty, which is why they're called toppings. It's really not that hard to understand if you can just stop being ignorant for 5 seconds.
