A suggestion for her ice-cream addiction. At the very beginning I would make chocolate whipped cream. Cocoa powder, stevia, and heavy whipping cream whip until stiff. I eventually just stopped making it as I stopped craving it. You could try heavy cream and chocolate collagen peptides which comes with stevia already in it. I have never tried it.
Please everyone using artifical sweetners - please stop immediately. Has no one been reading the news? The most recent studies done have found that artificial sweetners increase your risk of heart attacks and strokes greatly. They are just the worst thing you can use. There is no point trying a diet like Carnivore and messing it up with artificial garbage. Try powdered glycine. It is a non-essential amino acid that is sweet to the taste without the dangerous side affects.
My husband and I finished almost our entire 1/2 grass fed cow for this year, just have quite a few ground beef chubs, a brisket and a chuck roast and a couple of beef filets left, one rack of ribs maybe. We usually buy one or two of those 1/2 cows per year, but this was an expense-laden year and we just couldn't come up with the $1500 for it yet. We found some great beef at a new Aldi near us for decent prices, thankfully. I don't like the texture of ribeyes, but I love all the chuck roasts, sirloin tip roasts and arm roasts as well as that awesome ground beef. I have to get me some of that smoked Redmond's salt! Sounds awesome. ~Cynthia
I grabbed a couple whole ribeye at Sam’s again. They rarely have sales but the normal price is pretty decent and even the choice grade is excellent. I did get a prime one last time for a treat and the marble was incredible.
I saw a guy on RUclips who put his meat in a zip lock and then put water in a sink. After he would zip the bag to where it just had an opening about 1". Stuck it in the water and finished zipping it. It took the air out without the machine.
Hey Dante, here in Chicago, our chain supermarket had the rib eye roasts at $5.99 a pound. I bought 3 huge primals…over 60 pounds. This should last us till their next sale, which will be Easter. I’m glad these sales are always during what we recognize as the birth and resurrection of Jesus! Happy Holidays to you and your family and enjoy those ribeyes.
Yes! I hear Keto/ carnivore detractors say it's just too expensive to do. Buy the meat on sale, and it's very doable. The same detractors while talking about the expense of Carnivore, will at the same time, buy a seven dollar bag of junk potato chips.
@@davidjudd951 Ground beef, including grass fed, can easily be found for less than $5 a pound, eggs, around $2 a dozen, cottage cheese, a few bucks a container, bone in skin on chicken thighs, around $2 a pound...butter around 4 dollars a pound and bacon around $5 a pound including the grease! Eliminate the cost of fake snacks, cakes, cereal, sugar, candy and any budget can afford.

For Katie's ice cream craving have her whip up Heavy Cream or Whipping Cream & Freeze for a few hours. If she does not mind eating keto ice cream she can add berries (blue, black, raspberry etc which are healthy still. I buy frozen berries defrost them in the microwave for 40 sec or so then blend with the heavy cream & then freeze again) or add in vanilla extract to the heavy cream before blending etc. I just blend my heavy cream for ice cream in a mini blender then put in a freezer bowl. Very easy to make & it hits the spot.
I just bought 36 pounds (2 whole rib roasts) for $4.97/lb. That's 36 16oz dinner sized ribeyes for $5 each. Don't let anybody tell you carnivore is expensive, just buy what's on sale. Merry Christmas from Las Vegas yallz!
I’m 59 years old went carnivore March 2022 to reverse my diabetes and high blood pressure, not getting the results I was hoping for. Dr Berry who I came across watched you also and sour your progress, 3! Years March 2024 I need help
Getting a few rib roasts this time of year has become a tradition of mine. I like to cut them up at home myself. It's fun and I'll have ribeyes for months

Publix here in West Georgia has the rib roasts for $6.99/lb and I got a food saver from Costco and buy the rolls from Walmart. No issues at all and reasonably priced. Also get the Publix ground chuck at $4.99/lb on sale in 3+ lb packs.
Fresh thyme NY loin cost me $7.79/lb I bought 45 lbs ended up being more prime than choice. Gordon's Food service sells ribeye loin for less than $10/LB and for that price it's worth it. I had 1 a few months ago it wasn't bad.
Just a suggestion for ice cream cravings...it's obviously not carnivore but if she's looking for a transition tool, she should look into a product called "Yonanas". It makes "ice cream" from frozen bananas, that's it, just one ingredient...bananas! The consistency exactly like ice cream! That's what helped me cut the ice cream habit. Hope this helps. :)
Ah ya finished off that cow… that was cool how you showed us the whole process of buying it, picking it up, and storing it.

Beat Diabetes channel has a good simply Keto Ice Cream recipe. Just Heavy Cream + Allulose (sweetener) + Vanilla Extract whipped together and frozen.
Excellent channel for keto !!!👏⭐️💝
Thanks Dante for the content...have a great Christmas and new yr...carnivore is king 🎉🎉
Hi from Oregon. I paid $4.99 a lb for boneless rib roast😊
So far I've bought 3 of the whole loin...will be going back for more after I rearrange my freezer...lol.
Thank you for explaining your cooking method. I have had a hard time getting started and I have ordered an air fryer to keep it simple.

Dr. Kiltz has a Carnivore/Keto ice cream recipe.
I put my ribeye in the oven and use the convection setting. Brings me great joy.

Sorry to say but only real sugar gives me the taste I crave but I substitute anyway. After a while the cravings are not as bad.

Try tracking macros
Cut back fat some possibly
I found mixing smoked with regular redmans taste better plus cheaper lol
What size, how many inches do you get your steaks cut?
I’m curious about this too! 😊
i go back and use my friends phone numbers who arent carnivore so i can pick the better halfof the ribeye with the larger fat cap:))))))))))
Chuck end is so much better than the NY end.

Shop rite and Stop and Shop $6.99/pound fir rib roasts on Long Island.
I make organic, sugar free, LMNT ice cream with heavy cream and yolks with one packet of fave flavor. Choco Carmel is soooo gooood.
The Costco business center is a great place to get meat
We got ours at Publix in Wildwood today and had them cut it at 1 1/2 inch.

The control panel is at the back on most American stoves
@@cgat1955 но ведь если большое пламя, туда опасно протягивать руку... Логичнее, наверное, как у нас - сделать ручки управления спереди.

Yall can eat fish too not just beef😂
Why eat fish
Paper is the right choice to wrap meat, no matter how much “food grade” the plastic is.
I would like to sponsor your channel but it seems nobody responds just wants money wow 😮
And add on the tariffs you're going to be paying next year for any meat south or north of the border
yes, it's the tariffs that will be raising prices.
