Are 4 mints enough time for tendering the beef patties ?? I think it takes more time to be well cooked .

Same 2 minutes wasn’t enough for cooking I gave a lot of time to cook it properly.
That kills the juices and flavor inside the patty. If it changed color and the temperature inside patty is around 160 degrees then it cooked enough. Put patty on hot plate with hot oil enough. Don’t flip sides too much. Flipping once and giving enough time to each side is enough.

A small suggestion in beef burger Patty their is a way in which we can stop the reduction in size. Reduction is done when too much fat is added.
