I don't understand why nintendo would do this. People should do whatever they want as long as it's not affecting Nintendo themselves or hacking the games code. People are being creative and having fun. JUST LET THEM HAVE THEIR FUN. (Accept those pokémon hackers literally on RUclips streaming while you're reading this, screw those people)
Edit: here's a better explanation of the last thing I said because I can explain things better now and my English is better. I was talking about the hacked Pokémon being traded around which has nothing to do with mods. Some mods are actually ok :)

To be honest honest he should have let it just be and take it as a warning. He chose to pursue this and they gave him two copyright strikes for 4 videos, that was their second warning they could have given him 4 strikes for all 4, but chose not to.
