I was laughing to myself as I realized right about the same time that I needed to go to a gas station as well. But, as you said the smiles per gallon are extremely high on the Viper indeed!
dude the years leading up to manufacturers sunsetting combustion are gonna be wild though. i think were in another golden age of combustion performance cars being built. i honestly believe manufacturers are going all out and will continue to push it because they know out in the distance is the end of combustion engines.
Yeah I'm all for EV as long as folk know that they aren't all that great for the environment either. I seriously don't know how hybrids have been so neglected
If i was rich and could afford 200 dollars a day in gas id take the viper.. The hyundai is perfectly find however for daily driving. Also the ioniq 5 does a 0-60 in 4.4 seconds. Your year viper does it in 4.5 lol
No one here can dispute how quick modern EVs are, even pedestrian ones like the Hyundai. The technology and performance is seriously impressive for sure.
@@stevetheodore_specialtycars I'll still never own an ev, my mom does and it's a nissan leaf and even my 97 accord beats it lol Still, if you lice in a city ev's can be cheap to keep
Basic transportation vs smiles per gallon, I’ll take the Viper all day long!

should look at the N version, its not much cooler but a step in a kinda correct direction for EV, tho hybrid should be pushed more.
I agree, and there are probably a lot of cool EVs coming our way in the years to come too.

The hyundai is killing the planet faster
Daily Ionic, weekend viper
I love to make those comparisons. Cause my mom drives the Ioniq and I drive a supercharged v8 😂

What’s really funny is the guy in the Hyundai would probably take the viper too
What's even crazier is a quick Google search h shows the ioniq 5 does 0-60 in 4.4 seconds.
The viper in this clip does it in 4.5 😅
What’s the point here?
To have fun!
Hi welcome to gapplebees
Dude in the Hyundai could not care any less, and he would still beat you off the line.
He sure would, but that isn't the point, is it?
@@stevetheodore_specialtycars then what IS the point?
@@DodgerFloof To celebrate specialty cars of course!
@@stevetheodore_specialtycars Ioniq 5 is also pretty special, especially the N
@@DodgerFloof - I’m glad you think so
