Yummy Bean Burgers!

  • Please enjoy those flavourful, packed with fiber and protein lima bean burgers.
    ~Ingredients:
    ☞ Cooked Lima Beans~4 Cups
    ☞ Cooked Brown Rice~1 Cup
    ☞ Egg~x1 (For vegan, ground chia seeds instead)
    ☞ Garlic~1 big clove or 3 small
    ☞ Cayenne Pepper~1/4 Tsp.
    ☞ Sweet Smoked Paprika~1 Tsp.
    ☞ Marjoram~2 Tbsp.
    ☞ Nutritional yeast~1 Handfull
    ☞ Pepper & Salt to Taste
    ☞ Parsley & Cilantro~ 1/2 Bunch Each
    ☞ Chia Seeds or Breadcrumbs~ 2-3 Tbsp. As Needed
    ☞ E.V.O.O to Brush The Patties Before Baking
    ~Oven Temperature:
    ☞ 425 Degrees F
    ~Bake Time:
    ☞ 40 Minutes. Flip over at half time
    Serve on very good quality bun.
    ~Toppings: here is my suggestion but you can use anything you love.
    ☞ Sauce (Mayo, mustard, avocado, sour cream plus touch of ketchup is optional)
    ☞ Sliced of Pickles
    ☞ 3 leaves of Endives
    ☞ Sliced Pickled Peppers
    ☞ Sliced Pickled Jalapeños
    ☞ Sliced Avocado
