    Adv. Qcaleka will be the next Public Protector after Adv. Mkhwebane leaves office formally. This report has just secured her employment for the next seven years. The suspension of Mkhwebane was very strategic and now the dividents are starting to pay off for the President.

    Hopefully, the courts do not take the same steps they took on the CR17 files. The citizens deserve to know the truth about the president of the Republic of South Africa.

    People, the adhoc commitee in parliament has opened up the nominations for recruiting a new PP. Please let us have our say in this matter.
    We need a senior council for this position, this time. I was thinking about Adv Ngalwana SC. The man is a respected lawyer and, he enjoys a wealth of legal knowledge and experience. We need some one who is going to clean up that office. A person whom SOME of those stooges in that office will not undermine. A man that even judges and politicians will not intimidate.
    Adv. Ngalwana SC for me is that person whom our country needs so desperately to occupy that office.

    96(2) Members of the Cabinet and Deputy Ministers may not-
    (b) act in any way that is inconsistent with their office, or expose themselves to any situation involving the risk of a conflict between their official responsibilities and private interests;
    The President also exposed himself to risk of conflict, he exercised his powers as president by suspending Adv Mkhwebane whereas the PP was investigating a matter in which the conduct of the president is subject for investigation. His official responsibility clearly conflicted with his private interests whichever way one looks at it.

    Then just send the bill back to parliament for re-phrasing. As it stands paid work means paid work. Many ppl are scrambling re-cast the cold iron. Just send the bill back for re-phrasing. Do we need a non-human to run presidency? Any human being posted in that position will have some sort of assets. If scrutinize enough, as is in this case, arguments can be made that the said asset is interfering with executive work. Is there a clause which prohibits a president to have an asset? I have had a shareholding before in a cc and did not get paid as I was not an employee. A cc is an entity on its own whether owned singularly or pluraly

      There is no need, there is already precedence on the matter. The PP protector knows it. She just deliberately derails bringing this matter to finality.

    She is so selective in her interpretation and ignored a lot of aspects from independent panel report. It's funny coz if this report loses on review, she won't get the position she is gunning for.
