Agreed. I play Scythe casually with a group of friends and sometimes the long strategy vids are hard to follow even when you know the rules. LOL

I love these! However, with Polania I struggle to efficiently get to 2 mechs, and in this example, you solve it with an encounter card. How is this done with a worse encounter?

1. Move 2. Trade Metal 3. Move 4. Trade Metal 5. Produce/Deploy 6. Trade Metal 7. Produce/Deploy 8. Move to Factory.

You basically need two specific encounters in the right order, an Enlist factory card, and accessible combats. The odds are probably in the millions, but it’s possible.
