Wow amazing timing I just was looking for books and specifically in this category as I aspire to be a strength coach. Can’t wait to give some of this books a read. Appreciate the knowledge as always we must humble ourselves first!
Thankyou sir❤
Is Part 2 out yet?
Are you using more sleeds/bands on x factor more than before ,maybe than 2-3 years ago?. Is this because of getting spellman to know?
No sleds, yes bands… mainly because I found some I like. Influenced by Ernie Clark.
Been waiting for this!!!!
Hey coach can I do sprint on Monday then the next day the atomic workout then the next day sprint again or do I need a rest day in between the sprint and atomic workout
Could experiment with back to back. Prevailing thought is not to.
Thanks for all the free content coach! How do your athletes deal with shin splints?
Not a coach so take my words lightly.Tibialis raises are a great way to start search of tibialis knees over toes guy if u aren’t sure what those are. Also not pushing and doing to much so quickly. If u are just starting sprinting limit to maybe 2 sprint days a week. Also avoiding the track more often and do more on grass could help impact. Don’t have much more advice aside from that I think maybe calf and stretching the soleus could could help also
Simple for us. First sign of pain, shut it down. 99% of time they are 100% the following day.
AND, we never burn the steak in training.
improving times and improving lives, love your vids coach
