Coach my son has run 54.10 but needs to break this 400m time he is also a high jumper. We are at end of season what do you suggest. We've only know the old system but coming into plyos and 40m flys this season. He has never ran so fast and so jumped so high. I've started coaching this year late in season and applied some of your techniques. What do you suggest we do now. We are 3 weeks out from JO's AAU. My son is 14 yrs old. He also plays football. But we really need to break 54 for this last competition.
