Haha yes my Grado brother! I could see them doing away with the jack now that you mention it, going strictly wireless audio or that weird usbc to 1/8th headphone jack. Audio is in a strange place these days ⚡️Hope your week is starting well, thanks Martin✌️
I had a hard case many moons ago, will never do that again. They may be a little better designed now, maybe i had a dud 🤷🏼♂️ sorry, not much help on those. good luck and thanks for checking out the vid!
@@TheFloodLightShowwhat was your experience like with a hard case? I had a hard case with a previous MacBook Air (pre M1) and it worked fine. I’m picking up my new M3 today and was looking to get a hard case again.
@@jefft293 it can damage your MacBook because it may be to heavy for the hinges also there shouldn't be anything in-between the keyboard and display because the added pressure damages the display.
Thanks a lot for sharing such content! Please, can you share some tips to preserve the battery longevity of the Macbook Air M3 like when to charge and is 70W or 30W better of impacting it. Would be definitely of help!
I would not use one. The space between the screen and the keyboard is almost inexistent. Adding a thin plastic layer between them might be detrimental to the hinges,
@@guaiqueritech I see... Well, there is a paper between screen and keyboard when we unbox the MacBook for the First time. Thus, I think there is some space for a thin film to protect the screen
@@levii_i678 Indeed there is. but consider: 1) the paper is meant to be removed upon unboxing. The film will adhered to your screen. Whatever damage it may do to the hinge will be over time. 2) the paper is really thin. I would say the plastic film is thicker, if only by microns, but considering the small tolerances Apple builds these laptops with, I would not risk it
Upvoted for the Grados!
They are some sweet cans. Good to see Apple hasn't removed the 3.5mm jack just yet.

What do you think about using a screen protector (simple one, made of plastique)?
