    Hello from Los Angeles Jack. On another video you mentioned the SHIN - NO that we put into loukanika. Do you know what it is called in English by chance? I am looking to see if it is sold here in L.A. (or an equivalent to it) as at the moment I don't have anyone in Cyprus to send it to me.

      It’s called shino. Never saw it in North America.
