7Kg Free Range Spring Lamb - Greek Style!

Had to give it a go! Cooking a full lamb on the CrossRay BBQ was obviously going to be a test but also a challenge.
Opa! Firstly size does matter so to fit a 7kg Lamb in the CrossRay BBQ was a breeze! Secondly the challenge was .. will it cook all the way through?

I heard this lamb baaaaaing in your back yard on a previous video. I'm not a vegetarian but I don't eat my meat that young, sorta a waste and a shame if you ask me!!
