Wonderful and empathic. Absolutely agree. Some patients experience the most crystal clear vision. That in itself can be so alien, it can overwhelm. So eyeshades absolutely - looking inwards healing. Breath work also essential. Following your RUclips journey, weaving through such advice also a necessity. Well done.

I have found that eyes covered works best for me. But also, if I have an uncomfortable or scary experience, opening my eyes and seeing that bit of light is very useful in killing that immediate discomfort. I may do it a few times until I am through that particular experience, then cover up my eyes again to continue. I used to get scared, but knowing that this works has made ketamine not scary anymore. Its helping hugely with SAG and PTSD

Absolutely! My first treatment, I asked my wife if my eyes were open or closed? Lol closed, but I was seeing all sorts of things.
