Perfecting my Cajun Chicken Thighs Recipe 🍗

- My favorite dish to make right now is Cajun Chicken Thighs. So simple, juicy, cheap, easy to cook and delicious. I think this is a recipe everyone should have in their repertoire. Still got some work to do on the final procedure, but dam it tastes yummy every time.
Ingredients
-Shallot
-Lemons
-Olive Oil
-Cajun Seasoing
-Chicken Thighs
-Herbs (optional)
Recipe
1. Make the marinade. Cut up shallots and put them in a bowl with lemon juice, and lemon rinds, olive oil and cajun seasoning.
2. Lather the chicken thighs with marinade and let rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight.
3. Take chicken out to room temp before baking.
4. Bake at 400ish for 35-40 mins, or until 165 degrees.
I'm still working on perfecting this recipe, and my friend Leo says I'm actually braising the chicken in the juices not roasting it. So let me know what you think.
But i GOTTA recomend Chicken Thighs. So juicy and forgiving to cook and affordable. A seriously underrated cut.

@@Artijano that’s it! Skin side down, needs to be a steel pan though, none stick doesn’t allow it to make enough contact to crisp up!
