Amazing Tonkotsu Ramen at Ichiran Brooklyn 🍜

Self-proclaimed as the world's best Tonkotso ramen, Ichiran is a an iconic Japanese restaurant. Finally coming the USA in 2016, with its Brooklyn location. They've since expanded to 4 restaurants across the New York area.
Famous for their isolation ramen-booths as well, I've got to say this is one of my favorite ramen shops. The flavor is incredible, and the dining experience is unique and enjoyable as you relax in your little ramen oasis.
When I went in Sapporo, Japan it was PACKED, and open super late. It's such a treat to have this available in the US. If you're a ramen fan in NYC I'd HIGHLY recommend giving Ichiran a shot :)
