Thank you John for developing such intelligent and informative programs for the advanced and for the new lifters, I am a long time fan of you and your work as a bodybuilder and I appreciate that you want to share your ever lasting knowledge with every lifter out there.
Just starting this program! If the program is saying, example on bench press "do a 3 sets of 8 and the rpe is 8. Do i pyramid this example 80,90,100kg or do i do lets say 3 sets of eight with 90kg?
Naturals benefit more from hi-freq training, I think. Muscle Protein Syn lasts up to 48 Hours in natties, so its wise to hit everything 2-3x a week. A 5-day split is only 52 chest workouts a year to stim growth. A hi-freq program is 104-156 chest workouts a year, which will be better for most natties.

Bulking and cutting depends on your diett. Not your training.
would this work equally good for someone who's natty?
absolutely. The amount of intensity is very regulated as this is a high frequency program for some bodyparts...
