I would like to see a microtech boot knife. The Scarab is probably my favorite OTF.... Have you considered seeing what their warranty department would do for you with the blade? You know companies like Snap on if they have a customer with a wrench, socket, or ratchet and say it has some rust or chips in the chrome they will warranty out the entire tool. I would really like to see what would happen if you brought this to the attention to microtech that your blade is rusting and is being cared for, the new blades are made with m390 so that says that they have upgraded since the production of your stitch.
Very nice ! That merlot Socom Elite Auto is the best IMO. Also, first run Bounty Hunters were Elmax. Majority of the "Star Wars" series were Elmax. They made a second run with left over Elmax & 204P. You have an O.G Elmax Bounty Hunter with Elmax. Not to worry, M390 / Elmax & 204P are all excellent.
Great group of knives! I already have an Ultratech and was deciding if I should get the LUDT at the time, instead. So, it's still on my list as well as a manual SOCOM. I believe, Microtech said, they want to eventually switch to 204p exclusively, just so they can say, every part is made in the U.S.A.
All the knife anyone actually needs.. Want something similar but slightly more begun? Zt 357 for$70 more.. Is that represent it.. Thicker liner and a stronger spring..
Nice collection. My favorite production knife company as well. I’ve got a few signature series that are special to me including a Troodon D/E Damascus and an UTX 70 hellhound. Whats your take when people say “thin blue line flag is considered a desecration of the US flag”?
I totally agree with you buddy I love Microteks a lot. I own a ULTRATEK AND A UTX 85 AND A SOCOM ELITE AUTO AND A EXOCET AND A UTX 70. My next one is the new one they have out with the new design. Great video buddy.
Newly subscribed. You said you were LEO. I was wanting an educated guess on a question. Do you view a knife carried by a pocket clip open or concealed carry?
Allen Shook so I’m an LEO in SC where stuff like that isn’t an issue but just based on my professional opinion, if I worked in a state that had a poorly worded or ambiguous law where it could be interpreted as concealed or not, I would say that as long as part of the knife is openly visible (handle, pocket clip, whatever) then it’s not considered concealed. I know unfortunately that’s not the case in a few places and that stuff like that is all left up to wording, verbiage, and interpretation of laws.
Those Exocets are the ugliest things microtech makes.. people will buy anything that man makes!! Can't knock him for building a brand but guys C'mon the Tac p and this is just stupid and over priced!!
Great collection
Thanks for showing your Microtech collection. I see a couple that I intend to purchase as I don't currently own any Microtech knives.

Within one year has 14 microtechs. Active duty police officers must get a great discount!!!
Wax the Stitch, just like when you wax your car it creates a moisture barrier.
How'd you even get a halo. Can't find one anywhere.
