    Thank you for video. Why are you taking approximate trial and error method?. instead , you can give span and hip height from the roof base. is nt it?

      Actually the hip height of the truss is taken from the center of the top chord to the center of the bottom chord, that's why it is taking issues because if I enter the exact hip height then the beam of the top chord is overlapped with the roof, which i don't want.

      @@LetsRevit I mean , from the front elevation, you can make half of span and height using temporary dimension, so you will get base dim and height dim of triangle.
