She has predicted the beginning & end of about 20 or so relationships in our friend group, & when she says a couple is meant for each other it’s gospel. Mama T has never been wrong once. It’s her sixth sense. Yet for some reason we all ignored her at least once with a failed relationship 😂.

I’m sure it was due to Sheldon being so moody and for the comedy of him “being like a deer” for the scene but I find that Sheldon has so much regard for his mother he doesn’t even point out at any time that his mother is sitting in his spot or should move. As seen in later episodes when he’s in emotional distress, if it were any other person, he would have definitely said something.

Well in this situation you are 100% correct, cause it's Sheldon but you know in real life with normal people like you and me, I believe close friends understand us way better than our own family because usually we behave differently in front of our parents and try to hide our dark secrets from them. On the other hand, with friends we behave as what we really are! So some friends can have better understanding of how to handle a friend, but of course it's not the case with Sheldon!!!

A lot of people on the spectrum actually find a comparison with Sheldon Cooper to be offensive. I personally don't, as I'm a fan of the show. Young Sheldon's mom is one of the most judgemental character, but one of the best actor or actress in it. She plays her role sooo well, that I feel like it might not be on the level of Joffrey, but not that far away too.
Laurie Metcalf basically SAVED the "Roseanne reboot" (The Conners). That show got me through the late 2010's The other show that got me through that period was "The Good Doctor".
I love the fact that Laurie’s daughter Zoe Perry plays Young Sheldon’s mother. She has some of Laurie’s mannerisms.

I always thought Jim Parsons's playing the autistic genius was "too much" ... then I met a woman who has an autistic son, and I can see a lot of his traits in Sheldon now.

Autism is such a larger spectrum than just "smart and socially inept" as Sheldon is portrayed. A lot of people on the spectrum actually find a comparison with Sheldon Cooper to be offensive. I personally don't, as I'm a fan of the show. Check out Aspergers from the inside if you wanna learn more.

Young Sheldon's mom is one of the most judgemental character, but one of the best actor or actress in it. She plays her role sooo well, that I feel like it might not be on the level of Joffrey, but not that far away too.
