literally what I'm going through right now. I just got to 6 weeks and without soccer, it's like I don't know who I am. Thanks for sharing your journey though! I can't wait to be back on the pitch.
thank you so much for doing these videos!! i had acl surgery last week and your videos are super helpful!! its so inspirational to see someone going through the same journey, especially as an athlete too. my life revolves around riding bikes so i totally understand how tough it is to have your passion taken away from you. all the best for the rest of your recovery and would love if you can keep making videos!! 🫶
Aw sorry to hear about your ACL. I hope your surgery went well! Yeah its a hard process but come out stronger for sure! And thank you I'm so glad the videos are helpful! I appreciate it!
Hi Alyssa! I love your videos. I’m officially 3 months post op - right ACLR and meniscus repair. I feel like I’m not where I need to be but I really appreciate your videos. They’re encouraging! The screw in your knee - does it make noises? My knee makes a lot of noises - like a creaky cabinet😭🤣
Haha yes my knees make lots of fun clicks and pops these days but its all part of it. I had that exact injury as my first ACL as well on my right knee. I'm glad the videos are helping though! Don't hesitate to ask any other questions. Best of luck!
Hey Abbie, are u having any issues with knee flexion. I had an ACLR and medial and lateral meniscus repair. My flexion after three months is only 110°...
could i ask. you how do you let your injured leg grow faster than your normal leg = = its three months after my acl surgery. two legs are not in balance size right now = =
