Thanks for sharing this, had my first acl surgery 2014 and unluckily just had my other legs knee ACL reconstructed two weeks ago. If you are here because you've got an injury, from someone that has gone through it before, stay positive and attack the rehab in a can do way! It's a long road back but it does go quickly when you look back at it a couple of years later. The body has a funny way of forgetting things. If you are not a professional sports player like Hector, take your time in getting back to sport, maybe 12 months and just remember that the physio is the most important part to derisking reinjury. and his mum is English
15:58 The attitude. Always love this from Bellerin
What a great perspective Heccy. Us fans never get to see this side of things I truly appreciate it
Got my surgery done today these videos are much appreciated
We love to see it. I feel like I'm going to get super invested in this documentary 🥺
Came across this video now, injuries are hard. First ankle then my acl and meniscus and mcl torn made me unable to play soccer and I wish I could go back and not make the same movement so I could still have that hope to play at a high level but it feels hopeless now. This documentary makes me feel much better
Acabo de descubrirte ( no era seguidora de fútbol). Me encantó tu historia. Enhorabuena por esa copa del Rey. Toda la suerte del mundo en estos meses inciertos. Un abrazo ! Grande Héctor!
I'm not an Arsenal fan never was except I adored Henry haha! But mate Hector you're a legend! I could tell that you're not the classic footballer even before that doc. Now I'm sure of it. Sensitive man with environmental and humanitarian sensitivity. And your dressing style differentiates you from the others in a positive way.
Now I want to buy a Bellerin Arsenal top! Bro keep going!!
found out that I tore my ACL and meniscus in my right knee from playing football 3 weeks ago, I have my operation next week and this documentary is helping me mentally prepare myself for the challenge ahead
best of luck mate
So,how are you?
Keep smashing it Hector. You're an important guy in the vegan community. Living proof that we don't need to kill.
My little sister is a football player. She tore her ACL around the same time you did and your videos got us through a lot.
😭😭
I experienced it second hand and it was sad and painful, I can only Imagine what the players themselves go through.
I just discovered this series and we are back at it. We are binge watching.
This is amazing to watch, currently recovering from an ACL injury myself
Good documentary, glad you made a full recovery .
I really hope this guy never leaves our squad at Arsenal.
Love every minute of this series
Me watching this after a surgery(PCL)
Thanks yo this pushes me to be positive and keep going!! Happy for you bro
Have always loved and supported you Heccy B. Thanks for being an inspiration to many on and off the pitch much love, my RB💕
Respect Hector, from a Man Utd fan
Thanks for sharing this, had my first acl surgery 2014 and unluckily just had my other legs knee ACL reconstructed two weeks ago.
If you are here because you've got an injury, from someone that has gone through it before, stay positive and attack the rehab in a can do way! It's a long road back but it does go quickly when you look back at it a couple of years later. The body has a funny way of forgetting things. If you are not a professional sports player like Hector, take your time in getting back to sport, maybe 12 months and just remember that the physio is the most important part to derisking reinjury.
Lets go! 👍🔥
Injuries can be such a mental strain even above the physical at times. Good job on building not only your body but your mind Hector. Keep pushing and keeping improving 👊🏾
Man, this guy's style is sooooo damn good
He’s not only a top tier fútbol player but also he stands for all the good things he’s so inspiring
Great video Hector, really happy to see you back again.
Heccy B, Prove everyone wrong. I criticize you but I love you too as I love my club too.
Our right back ♥️ The most stylish in the EPL
Watched this before my acl surgery... and now watching it after the surgery.
If resilience and determination was a person, It will be you Hecky! Love you mate❤
Heccy is a proper Arsenal lad. Such a likeable character, hope he continues his good form that he has had recently!
Much love and support to you Heccy! 🔴❤️
Loving this so far, amazing job Heccy, glad you're back and performing well S2
5th of may it happened to me, 19th of june i had surgery. Now almost 2 months in the recovery fase. I understand its hard for every person but imagen not having medical staff,docters,drivers... and the worst thing, not being able to work but the bills keep coming. He is well taken care off for all those things. I think this relates to 95% of the people that have this injury and don't play sports prof. Lets hope i can keep my house and then think about kicking a ball again.
Let me say some words " I'm one of the millions of Arsenal fans who born and watching our Arsenal Legacy legend who keep EPL run without beaten" I was started following this club with my dad in early 2001. and among our RB you are one of the best ones ever all the best to you Hector and I really want you to bring the best of you during 2015 I can't imagine when you can bring the best of you back and play with Tierney (LB).
COYG=>2001=> THE REST OF MY LIFE
From Kenya....,much love Hector Moruno Bellerin
Same 🇰🇪
Gran trabajo, gran documental me ha encantado, ejemplo de superación, trabajo y disciplina, increible.
Fantastic that you share this. Keep going, you're getting back to where you were and we are sure you will be better!
