I have been following Ellen's case since 2011. This case will give you a brain bleed from all the corruption and how her fiancé got away with murder (hopefully about to change). I am so happy Ellen & her parents to finally got a life line because they have and many others have been fighting so hard for Ellen to get justice.

This family deserves justice & closure! Also, there needs to be accountability for everyone involved in this disaster!!!! I hope most PDs, ME's & DA's are operating with honesty. However, for this case, in every area, there was absolute, acute incompetence. Along with conflicts of interest & intentional covering up. I want to be much stronger 💪 with my terminology. I don't know why the medical examiner gave that determination of cause of death. It seems obvious that something dodgy happened in this case. Her wounds simply don't support it. My heart goes out to these grieving parents.

Spent 2 days binge watching all your videos through the years..I only became aware of it as it connected to Josh Shapiro.. It disgusts me that he is being under consideration as VP. This and other things he's participated in including siding with polluters against citizens harmed by fracking, sexual and other claims of harassment tied to his office, and what I consider conflicts of interest in backing school vouches make him a terrible choice.
Same situation happened To my son Daniel Evan Rosser. I experienced a threat from the Coroner’s office, the state police and the FBI. He was shot in the back of his head at his mother’s house, and the coroner donated Daniel’s body parts to the gift of life, and close Daniel’s case as suicide. All of the doors were close to me. I will never get justice for my son, but I hope that this young woman gets justice.
Excellent work Gavin. We need more laypersons like you to keep us informed of such nonsensical events and failure of the justice system. It is sad that we have to spend our life savings to fight the obvious wrong doings and mistakes of the system which we put our trust in, only to see the misdeeds of payoffs and favor to criminals while families suffer injustice. The police and medical examiner need to be sanctioned or disciplined in some way for not doing a proper investigation. A ruling of undetermined at least allows for a search for witnesses and similar crimes in the region, but deciding a case like this is suicide without a very thorough investigation reeks of laziness and a cover-up.
This is just horrible. How could a competent medical examiner change the manner of death to suicide if no history of suicidal ideation or histrionic episodes? How could Sam assume she "stabbed " herself and "fell on a knife" in his 911 call? How can anyone fir that matter "fall in a knife"?? This screams of suspicion!!
It’s humanly impossible to stab yourself in the back of the head and neck 10 times one of which went through and severed her spinal cord which would have incapacitated her at that point .. she would not have been capable to go on and stab herself in the heart .. of course she would not have been able to stab herself in the back to begin with but once the cord was severed there is no way possible for her to have moved from the neck down .. never mind move herself from lying flat on the floor to where she was found. He did it moved her and also cleaned up lots of the blood .. he obviously knows people with lots of influence. I would say she was going to leave him and he found out or she told him. Didn’t her dad say she had phoned him at one point saying she wanted to move home but he told her to not leave in the middle of a school year. Sometimes you only realize how abusive someone is when you move in, get married or have a baby with them .. they let the mask slip as soon as they think they have you trapped and you’ve less options to leave. She was in a da relationship. Is that dude trying to run as vice for Kamala Harris .. not great choice for presidency but she will be a huge mistake.. where was she as vice the last 3.5 yrs and what exactly has she to show positive for it … 0 . If police decide immediately that a case is self-inflicted, they won't gather forensic evidence from the site. If the door was locked from the inside, the perpetrator could have gone out the window or used a wire to make it look like it was locked from the inside. I can't imagine a person using this method of suicide unless she had a history of escalating self-harm. Usually women prefer the least gory modes of suicide.

Shapiro does not really have a barrier of being considered as VP because he is Jewish. With him it's more being what some would consider too extreme in being against Palestinians going back to his college days. Harris's husband is Jewish.. Mark Kelly's wife is Jewish. Thank you for giving them a voice and the parents support. Bless your heart and your mind while working on these heart breaking and maddening cases.
I'm on the far left and realize Shapiro has done good work and is a great speaker but good lord this doesn't look good for him. I'm glad Harris picked someone else. I truly hope that Ellen gets justice and her parents can truly find peace. I think her fiance murdered her but only with a real investigation will we know. Might even find a cover up.
This is the case of Jewish families battling each other in court. Goldberg family is better connected but Greenberg family has a chance now. Fingers crossed
