This case was screwed from the start. HOW could a woman stab herself 20 times without passing out or being hesitant on her stabbing. I won't believe that this is exactly what happened. This seems like a cover up from the police department and all others involved. This is horrible!!!
I cannot believe that no crime scene photos were taken, even though this was preliminarily declared a homicide. Yet they allowed unauthorized personnel to take thrill photos of the body, as if to say, "look how gruesome this is?" 😢

Did you see that Peter Hyatt published his analysis of the 911 call this week? I saw it on his Twitter account Monday (1/31) I believe. It is very thorough!
I am former law enforcement/armed security guard and I can tell you from experience that occasionally cops don’t want to be bothered on a cal. Like one time, I’m working an apartment complex as armed security and a man in a truck says he was a giving a girl a ride to this apartment complex and he dropped her off and then realized the gun he kept under the front seat is missing so she must have taken it. We call 911 and the cops show up and ask like 5 questions and are prepared to leave without taking a report. I point off the man’s story makes zero sense which they agree but the officer still doesn’t want to take a report until I point out “let’s assume he is telling the truth and in the next hour, week, or month she uses the gun to commit a crime and they connect the gun to this guy who tells the cops I reported it and they wouldn’t even take a report.” The cop finally takes the report after I raise that possibility. I include the police report number on my report for the property manager. Three hours later, me and the other security officer are sweeping the grounds which includes checking vacants and find the woman asleep with a large nasty gash on her left temple and the gun resting in her lap. We call 911 again given the severity of the head wound and because we have the earlier police report we insisted the officer take. The man did give her a ride as he said, but then wanted a blow job as payment and when she refused, he pistol whipped her. Instead of simply submitting, she grabbed the gun out of his hand and ran off. Once the adrenaline wore off and not being from this specific area, she wandered the grounds until she found this vacant apartment and sat down which was the last thing she remembered until we found her. The cops were more than happy to take the report this time along with the original police report number which had all the suspect’s information (he lived out of state about 30 minutes away) so included in the second report was the recommendation he only be told his gun had been recovered until he came to claim it to avoid the need for an out of state arrest warrant. But this case would have been different if the armed guard didn’t point out to the cop a police report needed to be filed here as a cya if nothing more. Most cops are good cops, but anyone of them can have an off day and if you don’t speak their language, critical stuff can be excluded and just like this case, you never know when that will be important……
I am pretty sure that it is both unethical and illegal to take unofficial photos on a personal cell phone and/or show photos of a victim to persons not helping with the investigation. The wife of the basketball player who died in the helicopter crash successfully sued the police officers who took and shared photos of the accident. It would compromise the integrity of the evidence and violate the victims family rights of privacy.
The bf should of been arrested immediately. The bf knows someone in upper LE for this to have taken place and worked so hard for years to hide the truth

Shapiro is the DA. A progressive who will shut a case down for the right price. The uncle lawyer and the DA colluded to get the fiancé off. The MEs office messed that up and had to be changed. So I’m sure that dude who left many cases in tatters was also purposeful. The corruption in this country from these people should concern everyone.
Bad police work for whatever reason has consequences a murderer gets off Scott free and the high percentage of boyfriends/husbands that are involved when their wifes/girlfriends end up dead should have meant an investigation should be carried out and they messed up the crime scene what a frigid mess arrest the boyfriend!!!!

I believe they’re protecting Sam 🤷🏻♀️, it’s a cover up. Sam’s uncle is a high end lawyer.. I guarantee he has friends that are higher up. This whole case was horribly handled by law enforcement & the medical examiner. . . The detectives had the apartment cleaned up then wanted to go search Ellen’s apartment!! So many suspicious things are going on with this case. Sam is very suspicious! He is a horrible actor.. I know people act differently when something traumatic happens , but listen to the 911 call. He doesn’t sound upset or worried. The 911 call operator told Sam to do CPR & he acted like he didn’t want do it. He acted like he didn’t see the huge knife 🔪 in her chest. . . No DNA samples were taken from Sam 🤨.
He did not initially rule suicide. He ruled homicide. CS also ruled homicide...homicide detectives ruled suicide and made everyone change it accordingly

I cannot buy the idea that jewish have funerals immidiately.... especially in such cases when cause of death is suspicious, how can victim be burried almost 24 hours after being killed?! I see it as wiping out the last possible evidence of the crime! After destroying body, there is hardly chance to prove further details, right?
9:39 AM Tim F Marlon Osbourne was the ME (for those new to the case). Currently he works in FL. But he has a Lot of counts against him for sloppy work in Philly. So how did he get re-employed. Perhaps the office of the ME in Philadelphia told a few lies on the letter of good standing he took when he left. (I am assuming the same system applies as in Australia and NZ applies when surgeons and MEs want to move jurisdictions). Otherwise they can just create mayhem and move on to a new place. TEF

That gym door has a key fob of sort so it’s logged somewhere who walks into that gym !! Get Sam’s log in times ! See if it was a one time thing going to the gym or not or how often
WHY DOES THIS NOT BOTHER THE POLICE! And how are the police not releasing the reports? In what world of a closed case are they refusing to give police interview files.
Do we know what her last text message said? Do we know what his day looked like prior to him going to the gym? Did she come home to him doing something? Perhaps she found something on his devices that caused him to attack. I feel like the answers of what led to the attack are on those devices, hence the importance of the uncle removing them. Did the gym have cameras? Such a short workout..Are there any photos of his footprints in the blood?
I'd say the boyfriend looks like the suspect and the only suspect the cops have been so inept in this case it's staggering nobody stubbs themselves in the back 20 times did any hear the 911 call by Sam he looks like he killed her but why the cops didn't investigate him is just odd it certainly wasn't a suicide!

When did the murderer call his Judge Uncle how did he get there before the EMTs? Before he broke in and "discovered the body"? Did they get the phone records?
Was toxicilogy taken on the victim?.. you said prior she was on medication for anxiety..you said neighbours heard jo screaming,so did he medicate her first causing drowsiness so she wasnt able to scream or fight back and obviously he moved the body
I found a couple people suspicious on the cameras . The one guy even deliberately turns his face away from the camera and puts his arm up to like block it
There is def something wrong with LE. How could it be changed to suicide? Money change hands here? What a bunch of crooked people, including the fiancé's uncle, which is the attny that's suppose to make sure other attny's are acting with integrity?? I'm Jewish and usually you sit shiva for 14 days. I wonder if Sam sat with them at all. It involves friends and family sitting eating and celebrating or mourning.
I just watched a Nancy Grace thing where (recently filmed, I believe) she had the parents on, and Ellen's mom said that he never did sit shiva with him, nor did any of his friends and family. But they were all in town at the time.
That's a great question. In my opinion, I think it could be, but the incentive to cover-up a murder for a politically-connected family is a much better incentive.
You need to find a girlfriend of Sam’s after 2011 that he was with for a period of time then broken up with ! People talk ! Always do . Maybe little maybe big

I believe he picked her up from school due to snow and they both went home together.

Would ruling these obviously intentional murders as suicide be an effort to keep murder numbers down for statistical politics?
