    are these safe for those with osteoporosis truly appreciate these videos, oops maybe except for the downward facing dog :)

      Thank you for your comment! 😊I didn't create this practice with osteoporosis in mind, so while some poses may be safe, others might not be the best choice. I recommend checking out my osteoporosis specific videos for a practice tailored to your needs.
