That real fried rice would make me chose that restaurant over others, regardless of how much I might spend. I also like that they weren't wiping away as much good meat flavor(grease) like some others I've watched.
Not a whole lot of silliness that you find in teppanyaki restaurants in Southern California. No flipping shrimp into pockets or onion volcanoes. Just technique and excellent ingredients.
A small cup of bisque soup. Whiskey and sashimi appetizer. That slice of salmon looks so small, like a finger. I've seen bigger salmon steak at an all-you-can-eat buffet in the mid-west America. One clam with a couple asparagus spears (or green beans, can't tell) and another breaded and fried in butter, so 2 clams total. A 2 by 4 piece of wagyu steak, pan fried with a little oil, (I know, waygu beef. The cows bred in Japan in small numbers) served with half a cup of what could be steamed onions, not sure. Garlic fried rice, about a cup. 1/3 cup flan for dessert. So, yeah, you won't get fat from anything here because portions are small. The salmon probably had to be imported to Japan. Is it worth $148? It's 2021 now, and that same meal would probably cost double that.
