In Brazil we have something similar called "Buchada", throughout the Northeast of Brazil, Buchada is made with the entrails (kidneys, liver and offal) of the goat, washed, boiled, cut, seasoned and cooked in bags (which measure approximately 8 cm in diameter), made with the goat's own stomach. animal. In the Northeast, more strictly, Buchada only uses the so-called "White Viscera": the intestines and other parts of the stomach that were not used to make the bags. Consider this, liver is potentially deadly especially for those who have certain sensitivities. The list of potential issues are extensive and I won't give a full list but a partial list. Heavy metal poisoning, prion diseases, high toxin concentration, vitamin overload, fat overload. One of which is having haggis every Christmas.
I personally enjoy it, but i know its not everyones cup of tea.
Mexico has something similar. We still make it in the US when we burger our own sheep or Goats. It’s pretty darn good. Panzita de borrego/ chiva or montelaya
My dumbass was like: "A baby?"
"This is EXACTLY what you think it is!!"

We eat that in Tunisian but we add rise and vegetables in the staffing and we eat it in top of couscous
If you want to search it write Tunisian couscous with 3ousbane😅
Yes and it's sooooo good. Osbana lol
If only they had served it a carrot as it’s Last Meal and you heard it go “ughhnoghn” 😂
I’m from England, so haggis isn’t routinely eaten here. But I did some work in Scotland and the b&b served me a full fried breakfast with haggis on. It tastes pretty damn good! It’s basically like a sausage. Similar to how I’m sure plenty people would look at some southern American cuisine like chitlins and Rocky Mountain oysters with disgust. Don’t judge it until you’ve tried it.
"Yes, this is exactly what you think it is"
Me: A DEFORMED BABYS HEAD?!?!
Idk why that's what I thought it was. It was just the first thing that came to my mind 😂
Americans be sayin’ “this is disgusting!”
We here in China make some pretty good soup out of these organs lmao, and it tastes very good
