Hello, yes I do have a suggestion for when someone actually answers: The way you just deliver your pitch when you're leaving a voicemail is the same way you should deliver your pitch when someone actually answers. When you ask them if they have a minute, although you ask as a courtesy, it causes them to think you're going to take a long time, plus they'll know right away you're going to try and sell them something, so they will want to hang up. 😕 You're technically not even going to take a whole minute of their time, unless they have questions, rather, you are just going to present your business and service to them, so just take the few seconds you need, and do so. 😌 Thank you for doing this live for us!! 👍God bless you, and happy hunting!
Asking for a min , is too long much lasting for a truck driver you should ask for 25 secs or if your pitch is well developed and more convincing you could move on directly on proposing a handsome load 😊
Bingo! Your voicemail should grab their attention in the first couple seconds. I use things like "hey this so and so (no mention of company), I wanted to make sure we were still on track for today. Give me a shout back."
Hi Enis, I'm Anas 😊 I would appreciate if you make a video on calling brokers trying to build a business relationship to send you loads directly before posting on the load board and asking about other options we might be getting from them.
The best thing I found is you're really very natural and humble personality. You're doing great job. Thanks for sharing this important piece of information with us. Keep doing great...Best Luck!
Yes please keep on making videos on cold calling because as many calls we would be able to hear through you, there’s tip in every call. Thanks for the content ❤
The young man who called you at the beginning of your video to pitch you did the #1 "No-No" of dispatching; He said "We have loads..."- I would have called him out on that!
Awesome video but I think you should use a script. When mentioning brokers you work with say " we have relationships with brokers that give new authorities an opportunity to haul thire freight."
They put fake numbers because the first 30 days you get alot of spam calls. So alot of guys will put a fake phone for first 30 days so their number isnt getting blown up with services.
I liked your videos! I do customer Tech Support for a company that you mentioned and think you would be great at my job, too :) Great customer support, but they don't allow WFH. They're old fashioned. . . :) I think I've seen your company before.
very helpful ive been trying to open my dispatch company for some time but cant get anyone to try working with me at least i can confirm its hard for everyone
Super video, how do you manage to book them loads under their new MC, no brokers want to work with them except for TQL, some dispatchers are able but not me, not sure what I do wrong?
I know this is an old video but the premise of cold calling new authorities is more than likely why people don’t answer the phone. I’m a new Authority and LITERALLY, (which I already knew) the SECOND my Authority was filed, my phone blew up with AT LEAST 50 calls the same day I just applied for my authority. Wasn’t even active and my phone blew up. So out of habit from then on and STILL to this day, I send everyone to VM. I’d rather read a text or hear a voicemail vs answering every call and being pressured to buy something I don’t need or want. Just saying.
I do agree. I formed 2 authorities myself and same thing happened to me. Most industries will have something similar happening. For example in Medicare insurance... Seniors get bombarded with phone calls and emails from insurance agents and it's just a thing right now thanks to access to phone numbers and autodialers. I don't think it will last for a long time though... So, companies are doing what they have to in order to survive :(
Very true. Trucking is not a month to month business. If someone wants to do this job only when the markets are good, than this career is not for them.
It’s not the gold minor, who makes the money during a gold rush, it’s the person selling shovels. Like brokers and dispatchers making money off of truck drivers. Remember that always my fellow drivers. Take acting classes, go to networking events you have no business going to. Gain the skills to interact with shippers so you can gain contracts and cut out all these middlemen. It’s 2024, harness the power of a laptop and cell phone.
Dilepad is 20ea month? Are you obligated to use "dialpad" or there are huge advantages since Viber offers a package for 60 countries, one of them is the US (Alaska, Landline, Mobile) for 6e a month. Thanks man.
I see you mention they might go with it because they feel pressured, but not answer the next day. When you get them signed up do you have them sign a agreement saying they accept your offer to dispatch them? Or like how do you keep them from just one day dropping you as a dispatch if the paper work is not in place.
I think you’re one of these guys bother us every single day😂😂 I answer them their spam call and them get a job I’m interested because I dispatch myself 🤷🏿♂️
Enis, brate. Imaš možda instagram da te pitam neke stvari? Krenuo sam da tražim malo video po youtube o dispečovanju kamiona. I zvuči mi interesantno ali ne znam jel to može da se radi kod nas?
Just going to be blunt and honest with you bro. I think you will have a hard time getting Americans to use your service just because you are a foreigner and don't speak proper English. But you will probably for sure get foreign truckers business.
You’re a strange number, calling people in 2024. Then you try to say if you were FMCA you wouldn’t hand hard-working Americans the ability to run their own business because they don’t put their personal number. Yet again, people behind a computer screen and phone trying to make money off of hard-working truck drivers.
Cold calling is a practice that has been done for a very long time and not just in the trucking industry. Companies will call you regardless of if I make a video about it. At least, if someone learns from me, they will do it in a respectful way.
So you want him to stop teaching people how to make a living? Wow, someone had to teach you how to do your job right, we all need to start somewhere. If you do not like the call, simply do not answer. Cold calling has been an industry standard for decades, there is nothing wrong in doing so.
What you said is totally wrong ..Mr Enis is doing great job to teach people free .... This is true that not only the dispatchers do cold calling... There are so many more companies do this job and they are doing something to get a loaf of bread for their families. Stay Positive Stay Happy :)

I came to the comment section to say exactly this.

Yes great suggestion
That's great! Live calls at youtube are much better than pounds of instructions a new dispatcher must read to learn
I love that you’re one of the few people showing this process. It’s great insight, I really appreciate it.
Love this video! It's great to see it in action. Instead of just hearing about it. Thank you! I hope you do more of these!
This video is so good, i learned so much from your videos.
I'm just trying to gain as much information as possible. You are doing a great job.
Hi Enis, I'm Anas 😊
I would appreciate if you make a video on calling brokers trying to build a business relationship to send you loads directly before posting on the load board and asking about other options we might be getting from them.
Respect the hard work!
I like the way he says" do you have a minute ?" .nice col calling dude .
Great video, Enis. You definitely should do them more
Keep making such kinds of videos
Nice content. Everybody hates doing cold calls, but at least you give us some way how to do it. Thanks bro. Keep going!
Thanks, will do!
I have never cold called anyone, but I would not ask if they had a minute; I would give the free week of dispatching services offer immediately.
If you say this immediately this would sound kinda fishy, first of all tell them name of your company so they know you're doing business
good job brother ,this gives a sense of direction on how to cold call ,there really is a tip in every phone call.good job and thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
The best thing I found is you're really very natural and humble personality. You're doing great job. Thanks for sharing this important piece of information with us. Keep doing great...Best Luck!
Thanks
you should do more videos like this please and thank you!!
When I make a pitch for dispatching, I always begin with the fact that I am a retired O/O of 20 years OTR...
yes please keep doing cold calls, and making your videos

Do these more! I’m still struggling finding owner oops.
I will try different methods

ive been trying to open my dispatch company for some time but cant get anyone to try working with me
at least i can confirm its hard for everyone
How's it going?
Have you reached out to some successful dispatchers to see if they can give strategies on getting clients ?
Cold calling
Super video, how do you manage to book them loads under their new MC, no brokers want to work with them except for TQL, some dispatchers are able but not me, not sure what I do wrong?
Make more videos on this...cold calling
how long does it take to move a load for a shipper

Hello Enis, i just wanted , in what period i can find one owner with this method? i really need this info, thank you
I would say 5 days of calling for one driver
Very interesting 😂, there is no load at all and you keep encouraging ppl to be dispatcher
Very true. Trucking is not a month to month business. If someone wants to do this job only when the markets are good, than this career is not for them.
Brother im working 2 years as dispatcher and around 10 months im struggling every single day to find loads and have no idea when we have better market
If some carrier agrees to work with you on this new MC,
What's the benefit ?
Broker will not give you load saying MC is new
What to do?
Suggest please
You have to work with brokers who will work with new carriers until the carrier's authority becomes few months old.
What is the name of the calling software?
Enis, what is the best time to cold call? Like 8 am - 10 am? or it is too early-)
Anything after 10AM - 11AM is OK. People are usually very busy before that time.
What’s the link to access this
great video, thanks and good luck
where is the link to open the new MC in Safer??
1)Where do you get their contact information?
2) How many calls should we make per day?
Link is in description. I would say at least a 100 calls to see any results.

Can we make a call on the same day that we download data from FMCSA?

People putting fake number and not answering, how are they going to make money?
Local advertising contract with a company there are many way
I think Simon, was saying " I am a vessel"..so water shipping?
Let me know if you handle DRAYAGE as well
Where's the link 🤷🏾♂️
What equipment did you use for callings?
I use Dialpad
Do you handle loads to/from Canada?
I do not. Sorry :(
Anis - how many carrier you have right now since you sarted ?
Don’t ask for mint
how i find a trucker
hey how do you hire affiliates?
I haven't seen that you've been working with boxtruks. Why?
Our dispatching business works with box trucks. I personally don't

Thanks man.
You can use any service you like. It depends where you live and whether you need VOIP or a landline

Yes, you should get the agreement signed before you start dispatching drivers

Asking because i notice you have accent 😅
Yep but i am not sure if you have to pay taxes
Just use paid ads its probably easier
Bro…😂😂😂😂
Just going to be blunt and honest with you bro.
I think you will have a hard time getting Americans to use your service just because you are a foreigner and don't speak proper English. But you will probably for sure get foreign truckers business.
True
What do you think of antonie west?
Looks legit to me
@@NeverStopTRK is his program worth it?
Also should I start my LLC up after dispatching and getting income?
I don't know about his program but we do have a dispatch course too

I'm a mobile notary and I have signing companies, title and escrow call me if I can help them out. Without them, I will not have a self employed job.
Just turn on "silence unknown callers" and delete any voicemails. Then block the number.
