Move the world! All it takes is a lil' Hustle & Muscle 💪. King of failure.
Hey, I'm JT Franco! This channel used to be just about MONEY... But over the years, as I've gone through "dropout to millionaire" journey I've also experienced the most universal truth. Money isn't the reward, it's just a result. The reward is the feeling of fulfilment.
It's feeling that comes from trying something scary, FAILING at it, and the rising again with new knowledge and skills.
I found that we are happiest when we are in a state of learning, progress, or achievement... So that's what this channel is all about!
When you subscribe to this channel you'll get to watch as I:
- Side hustle to a million dollars (#HustleXmuscle)
- Build a clothing brand from scratch
- Teach my 7-figure Amazon FBA strategies
- Share my methods for achieving MAX potential
- Go against conventional wisdom
- FAIL REPEATEDLY
This is the home of the rebels... So welcome home! 💕
I’ve been running a moving company from my phone for two years simply renting uhauls. Made over 60k the first year 😅
Dude, is there somewhere I can reach you at?
Bro tell us more lmao 🤣 that’s an epic story
Sir, you cant withhold this information. We have to eat too lol
Aye yo homie I'm gonna need some info.
Good shit
hella underrated youtube
A quick tip. If you use shrink wrap on beds, pad one end, wrap the mattress and then put three lines of tape down the full length of the mattress (both sides), then tape an X from corner to corner (on both sides). It'll keep the shrink from pulling apart and binding up on floppy mattresses, which will leave huge gaps for the mattress to get dirty or torn. it'll also keep the shrink wrap if it tears from making major holes for dirt to come into. I also use tape on the corners as well but it's the best thing to do if you don't have mattress bags.
New subscriber!!!!
I'm starting a moving company too just got my cards in the mail. Going to try that app but was gonna do more gorilla marketing like bandit signs. Great content keep up the grind! I'm following you to see your progress.
Should mention the app is local here in Vancouver. But yea man I think threes a lot of opportunities to make money as a mover if you have a truck!
Your just such a awesome guy, always coming up with new ideas!
You dont need a mattress cover ,its a burden, just puts blankets down where u r gonna put it
Get those goddamn mattress bags 😅
If you pad one end and know how to tape the shrink wrap right you don't need them. But I do agree, mattress bags are a lot easier and safer. I've been on jobs though, where the customer never mentioned a mattress or anything during the quote and next thing I know they want me to move 2 cali kings, two queens, and two full mattresses, all with box springs. Lol Then they get mad the move took longer than expected and they're being charged more. Lol
@Yourelyingdooode shrink wrap👌 yes know how😉 just saying every client is different😄
Cannot legally be a "side hustle" in CALIFORNIA (I'm sure other states have similar regulations regading moving companies). You need several things before you can move other people's goods for hire to be legal. First is a Bureau of Household Goods permit, and second your truck needs an MTR number. If you get pulled over by CHP without DOT numbers or MTR numbers, there are big fines.
@@Rayhardy897 what is not true?
He is correct
You can’t legally do it. You are providing a service in exchange for money.
Haters
California is Gay
Yupp gotta factor in the gas filling up a diesel moving truck in California where I’m at is easily over $100 , plus materials like blankets , you’ll need a lot of straps and need good workers too. Profit margins are not that good unless you’re booking a lot of jobs. And a lot of moving companies don’t offers workers comp they be doing some shady shit
I cant find the app any knows where i can get it ?
Anyone has any good reviews for that app ?
Why are u paying in pesos
What happened to the shirts?
Nothing, still doing that too!
Where did you get your dollies from?
App doesn't work anymore
As someone who works in a moving company I’ll give you the obvious reasons this wouldn’t work for longer than a day
1. It won’t be 90 minutes for you, local can be 20 min driving or 5 hours
2. You’re expected to actually you know PACK the damn stuff, not just furniture and you wouldn’t use wrap for furniture, you’d use cut up boxes and blankets
3. It’s straight up illegal to make this a business without any legal paperwork, who’s gonna cover you when you break a 15k grandfather clock?
4. The truck needs to be big, even for a 1-2 bedroom apartment you would have filled up minimum half of that small ass truck
5. How much you made? Again you’re not doing shit in 90 min so for your 2-6 hours of work + expenses + workers cut you get a total of 50$ assuming you had 1 worker with you and did it in 2 hours
100% facts
Exactly
U got everything right except the last part … if your smart u can go home with more then 50 pocket money for a 6 hour job
@@nono-cu9og definitely exaggerated but I’ve been and have seen people who are in the business way longer than me, from locals, international, trashing, delivering, it’s a hard thing to begin and you need good money to start up a company and more importantly you need experience beforehand
Hello sir
That app is garbage and literally doesn’t work lol
Those dolly’s are crap. Spent the extra money to get better dolly’s. Did you forget a four wheeler? I believe I paid $325 for my dolly.
You think renting out a Uhaul to do this in a day is worth it?
Not really bro, between that and your helpers pay... you're basically making the same as your helper and he has no liability.
You gotta start some where
Just have 2 people max at the beginning. it’ll be a grind but if you want it you’ll get it
It’s possible trust me bro
Yes you can 100% do it starting with a uhaul. I did it. Scaled to 6 trucks $1,000,000+ revenue 25% profit margin. The downside when you scale is the labor in the moving industry absolutely sucks. That’s why I got out of that game.
From where you get your customers?
Pls reply
Probably the app that he mentioned in the video
hello baby
Can I work for you
Spent two hundred to make $100. Lol cool.
Nope - prefer something more passive
