Move the world! All it takes is a lil' Hustle & Muscle 💪.
Hey, I'm JT Franco! This channel used to be just about MONEY... But over the years, as I've gone through "dropout to millionaire" journey I've also experienced the most universal truth. Money isn't the reward, it's just a result. The reward is the feeling of fulfilment.
It's feeling that comes from trying something scary, FAILING at it, and the rising again with new knowledge and skills.
I found that we are happiest when we are in a state of learning, progress, or achievement... So that's what this channel is all about!
When you subscribe to this channel you'll get to watch as I:
- Side hustle to a million dollars (#HustleXmuscle)
- Build a clothing brand from scratch
- Teach my 7-figure Amazon FBA strategies
- Share my methods for achieving MAX potential
- Go against conventional wisdom
- FAIL REPEATEDLY
This is the home of the rebels... So welcome home! 💕
Good stuff, appreciate you not just doing the typical stuff for content this is a real possible hustle….would be good to know how much you spent on fuel and what type of paperwork if any you needed for the truck to work….but regardless good stuff to know, it’s appreciated
Great video as always!
Congrats ! Thank you for your experience sharing. From Belgium
Great video J. I followed you and made bread on Amazon. And I was curious about if I could make bread with a moving business. And out of nowhere this video was suggested, when I never attempted to search for this. Talk about coincidence. I take that as a sign.
Really loved the video, still waiting for the streetwear startup video
Good job, bro! You need to focus on your lead generation, and for that you need to do a lot of marketing. A lot! That's what's gonna help you make the money. I'm currently writing a book on starting a moving company, and I'm touching up a lot on that subject, marketing! I was working for a moving company, as a sales consultant, and we was booking and reserving above $2.4 million in sales a month. A single month, and we was only a small crew (8 -10 agents) But yeah, good job buddy, just focus more on lead generation and converting the leads...
Whats the name of your book
Hey what’s the name of your book
I need ur link I’m trying to start my own moving company
Also interested in your book. I'm starting a moving company
What’s the book? And come do my sales lol 😂
Good shit… 💯
As a professional mover and owner of a moving company I find this all very unrealistic. I wouldn’t really call you a “moving company” but more of a delivery service. In America we are required to carry a lot of insurance and a DOT number. I’m glad you made a lot of money but this is not realistic.
You also didn’t seem too responsible for damage either.
Very true. I started off with labor only service for a year. Until I bought my first truck
yes buddy almost every buildings in nyc requires a insurance to get in
Haterrrr lmaooo
@@briansamonas3805
Mr Brian please advise
I opened moving company in NYC
Please advise where to find clients.
Thanks I’m advance
Congratulations on 100k subs 👏 Congratulations 🎊 😅
Is the oomovers app only based on canadian movers or is it available in the united states as well?
love this video
Hi there! Love this video btw!! I’m wanting to start a professional packing/unpacking company. Do you have any suggestions where I can start? How to quote etc.
Quote based on the size of the house, and truck.
one of the best hustles with 24/7 demand amazing
I charged $200 hr. Through MovingHelp and I flipped free stuff and had a cleaning service with it as an extra service. No Truck and I received all the leads. No LLC Required. You're protected under the platform. The leads cost only 15%. I just hated that they was unrealistic about if a customer wanted to tip cash. They expect for you to be honest enough to send them 10percent. Customers didn't like that. They wanted the movers to get all that. If the customer tip through the app. I understand them taking 10%. Plus sometimes the customer would cancel the job as a result and demand they pay you 100% of the job and tip. See I think they should change their policy and be more understanding. Treat it like incentives. Sometimes depending I'd have an extra guy on standby. Why should he work for free? No Pimping here
I charge $175 Per Hour Through Moverhelp I’m still waiting on them to get me going through the app I own my own company
@@RJSPECIALS wouldn’t mine chopping it up with you I’m also about to start my own moving company
What size truck is big red and thank you for the video
I don't know the costs in Canada, but setting up licensing and such to get moving jobs in the USA is very expensive!!! Could be a big roadblock here. I've been following your advice for months now doing couches, though. Smaller returns in my area, but still making good money at it. Up to two trucks now doing it all alone :)
you dont need licensing to start this out at all
@@AntAnt For sure do if you want staff
How do u get licensed?
*Bro saw your channel 3 days ago saw ur old videos want to enter in couch flipping is it okay to do that san Fransisco(usa) please tell*
Yes of course! San Fran should be a solid market
Man you have so many gems in this video wow
Did you quite HustleXmustle Tshirt brand building ??
I'M YOUR BIGGEST FAN!
Hustle to muscle 🔥
Amazing hustle and I love ur vids but I have a question. What about taxes?
I live in denmark and we have heavy taxes.
If someone made 10k a month, they would have to pay up to 48.8% in taxes. That literally rounds to the amount of profit a person can make on couch flipping
Don’t let them know
List of places not to go. Thank you. 😂 jk
@@danecharles8048 lol
how is your depression
Congrats thank you for sharing! I want to get in this business I just need funding
Are you in the United States?
JT I live in Toronto and I’m trying to save money to start Amazon FBA and Empire Academy. I don’t have my G2 license yet so couch flipping is off the table lol. But do you know of any good small items I can flip to earn some money.
Sellin sneakers, car detailing, lawn mowing, snow shovelling, selling free furniture but doesn’t have to be big couches, theres alotta shit out there

Insurnace for the truck ?
running a moving company in Nairobi and i hope to reach that problem is costs are also too high
Is there any company similar to OOMovers in the US?
What did you do keep peoples stuff to make ten grand?
Amazing, question how you get jobs throw the broker if so how I can find brokers throw what please answer me . I appreciate it
Damn 33% percent !
💯
In reality we can't forget insurance, fuel, truck maintenance, truck note and taxes. So hiring people to replace you would be hard loosing 33% off the top. Now if you can cut the 33% out then yes you have replace yourself with a worker.
Don’t do a trick note buy it
@@tyjuanjohnson5069literally like what
Where the heck did you find this truck dude?
Just on Facebook marketplace
Keep grinding bro , the ppl that’s leaving negative comments are the ones watching you so you are doing something right
Keep going
I own a small moving company in Germany and these numbers are insane. 400$ for 1 1/2h of work seems to good to be true. In Germany a standard rate for 3 guys + box truck is around 90-120€/hr. As it is in America from what i understand. More power to you.
hi, i want to start one small moving company in belgium, wich van would you recomend?
Hey there. When it sounds too good to be true, it is.
@@testingstudionideas3620 7.5t with min. 32m3 is ideal, but requires an additional license and in germany some extra bureaucracy. If you use a 3,5t boxtruck, find one with a box height of 2,40+, because most people have a IKEA wardrobe that is 2,36 high and it will make you’re life a whole lot easier. Good luck!
@@janiropunt2993 thank you sir! Hope everithyng is good in germany with the energy crisis
These hustle themed RUclipsrs always inflate the numbers they actually make to get views
I just came to say that number sounds about right. Average Job 500 sometimes we do 2 in one day. We don't work every day. Just 2 guys with a step van not even a truck😂we went our separate ways after bickering and I went on to about 300 a day working 4 or Every day but sometimes a job was just 3/4 hours. Fun.
Couch business I assume is less labor
could have passed your business card out to those customers and put ads up on craigslist/ social media
you can also rent a uhaul truck if yu cant afford the box truck yet
You won’t get good reviews like that. It’s very word of mouth. If you do get a rental, try to make it a blank truck
I just opened a moving company and I have been flipping furniture that customers give me
you guys are in canada?
Yes Vancouver
Damn they take alot of money from your work
As a mover sorry this info is incorrect. It's not so easy to just get a truck and do a move.
There's actually skill to this it's an art with packing a truck and if you pack it wrong and your load shifts 😂 bye bye profits.
What if your truck breaks down? Moves come up ALL month by the way not just beginning and end you gotta work with a realtor that knows there stuff.
That's why for any one new I say rent is a truck, because you need a Cvor to run your straight truck at all time in Canada. It's a commercial vechile right 😊.
You guys aren't even wrapping the furniture and for the people paying peanuts damage one thing and your profit is gone.
People will try to sue because you can't please everyone and customers are always looking for ways to save money on the move they agreed upon. I know weird right smh
I'll put it this way the risk has to be worth the reward. At your prices it is not, my price is $320 hrly and I live in Ontario as well my brother. So 10 hrs of work can make you $3200 plus fuel and travel. So your looking at $3500 in one day sometimes.
You gotta make it worth your time and the leads I get are from realtors.
You also can't just let the business run by itself unless you have systems in place or else all hell can break loose.
Most I've made on a move is $45k for 4 days of work.
Ya I said 45k😂. This business can make you alot of money but it's hard ass work and you got worry about Quality over everything. Nothing else matters or you will end your business before you even start.
This is not a hustle it's a actual Business treat it as such.
My company is called Perfect Timing Moving 4.9 stars on Google
126 reviews.
905-424-5818 Pj is the name moving is my game.
If you want more info give me a ring.
Thank for the content brother appreciate you.
Seems like the couch flipping requires way less work
Definitely
good video to show people to not be afraid of starting a business. Also clearly this is not 1 man's job so the salary for the other person needs to be added as cost + costs related to employee... btw 33% cut holly shit
Totally revenue and labur cost and feul cost +33% balance profit kindly clarification... By I'm moving company
First one . Are you still going to do fba content ?
Hey Hugo, it's about to be an FBA frenzy on the channel 😁. Getting back to my roots for 2022. So much has changed, lots of new stuff on the way.
@@jt.franco right in dude !! I can’t wait . Got my popcorn ready !!!
33% wooow 😳
I didn't watch the entire video, but did you tell people what you were doing is illegal, and they shouldn't try it themselves?

This is not a removal business
American north's dubai al barsha south drive tour to lanarafat's pa Hipólito mejia's house hills
Those flat Dollies are crap! Wheels are not strong..
400 for 1.5 hrs
$10K a month is chump change...You actually had to work hard NOT to make more money...Even a new company should be making $30-$50K a month starting the very first month.
Lol chill
Lol maybe if mommy and daddy buy your trucks for you or you can get a business loan.
