Move the world! All it takes is a lil' Hustle & Muscle 💪.
Hey, I'm JT Franco! This channel used to be just about MONEY... But over the years, as I've gone through "dropout to millionaire" journey I've also experienced the most universal truth. Money isn't the reward, it's just a result. The reward is the feeling of fulfilment.
It's feeling that comes from trying something scary, FAILING at it, and the rising again with new knowledge and skills.
I found that we are happiest when we are in a state of learning, progress, or achievement... So that's what this channel is all about!
When you subscribe to this channel you'll get to watch as I:
    - Side hustle to a million dollars (#HustleXmuscle)
    - Build a clothing brand from scratch
    - Teach my 7-figure Amazon FBA strategies
    - Share my methods for achieving MAX potential
    - Go against conventional wisdom
    - FAIL REPEATEDLY

Good job, bro! You need to focus on your lead generation, and for that you need to do a lot of marketing. A lot! That's what's gonna help you make the money. I'm currently writing a book on starting a moving company, and I'm touching up a lot on that subject, marketing! I was working for a moving company, as a sales consultant, and we was booking and reserving above $2.4 million in sales a month. A single month, and we was only a small crew (8 -10 agents) But yeah, good job buddy, just focus more on lead generation and converting the leads...

As a professional mover and owner of a moving company I find this all very unrealistic. I wouldn’t really call you a “moving company” but more of a delivery service. In America we are required to carry a lot of insurance and a DOT number. I’m glad you made a lot of money but this is not realistic.

I charged $200 hr. Through MovingHelp and I flipped free stuff and had a cleaning service with it as an extra service. No Truck and I received all the leads. No LLC Required. You're protected under the platform. The leads cost only 15%. I just hated that they was unrealistic about if a customer wanted to tip cash. They expect for you to be honest enough to send them 10percent. Customers didn't like that. They wanted the movers to get all that. If the customer tip through the app. I understand them taking 10%. Plus sometimes the customer would cancel the job as a result and demand they pay you 100% of the job and tip. See I think they should change their policy and be more understanding. Treat it like incentives. Sometimes depending I'd have an extra guy on standby. Why should he work for free? No Pimping here

I own a small moving company in Germany and these numbers are insane. 400$ for 1 1/2h of work seems to good to be true. In Germany a standard rate for 3 guys + box truck is around 90-120€/hr. As it is in America from what i understand. More power to you.

As a mover sorry this info is incorrect. It's not so easy to just get a truck and do a move.
There's actually skill to this it's an art with packing a truck and if you pack it wrong and your load shifts 😂 bye bye profits.
What if your truck breaks down? Moves come up ALL month by the way not just beginning and end you gotta work with a realtor that knows there stuff.
That's why for any one new I say rent is a truck, because you need a Cvor to run your straight truck at all time in Canada. It's a commercial vechile right 😊.
You guys aren't even wrapping the furniture and for the people paying peanuts damage one thing and your profit is gone.
People will try to sue because you can't please everyone and customers are always looking for ways to save money on the move they agreed upon. I know weird right smh
I'll put it this way the risk has to be worth the reward. At your prices it is not, my price is $320 hrly and I live in Ontario as well my brother. So 10 hrs of work can make you $3200 plus fuel and travel. So your looking at $3500 in one day sometimes.
You gotta make it worth your time and the leads I get are from realtors.
You also can't just let the business run by itself unless you have systems in place or else all hell can break loose.
Most I've made on a move is $45k for 4 days of work.
Ya I said 45k😂. This business can make you alot of money but it's hard ass work and you got worry about Quality over everything. Nothing else matters or you will end your business before you even start.
This is not a hustle it's a actual Business treat it as such.
My company is called Perfect Timing Moving 4.9 stars on Google
    126 reviews.
905-424-5818 Pj is the name moving is my game.
If you want more info give me a ring.
Thank for the content brother appreciate you.
